They seem to do a good job and they knew what they were doing. They were knowledgeable about the proper trimming of the trees. They were very good about cleaning thing up and even doing a few extra things. We have used them before and I trust them as far as knowing that they are knowledgeable and competent about how to work safely on the trees when you have oak wilt and your trees are so valuable important to you. They seem conscientious about their tools and being responsible about how they trim and the best health of the tree.

I didn't find him on Angie's List but he was recommended by a couple of different people in our neighborhood association. Kevin was the person I dealt with. Although we had some initial communication problem I'm assuming he was working unable to return my emails in a timely manner.
We have somewhere between 9-13 Oak trees, a couple of Chinese Pistachios and an Elm on our lot that were all in desperate need of trimming up. He looked at the scope of work, made a recommendation and an offer and said price was negotiable. I got two other estimates; his was in the middle. He wanted to pull up some old dead shrubs and cut down a scrubby tree that had sprouted out of no where but I declined at the time. When we saw what a good job he had done, I called him back and asked him how much to do the shrubs and other tree. He said he could do it for another $100. So we've asked him back.
They did a good job. We will use them again and recommend their work.

He just comes out and diagnoses things and then sends the crew out to take care of them. I just called him, and I didn't get any work done last time, but I did have a problem with the borers in the tree, and I called him to see if he can diagnose and say us if we needed to do anything. He didn't charge anything for that, and he just came by and looked at it and talked to us. He gave us an estimate, but we haven't had done that yet. I feel like he is kind of expensive, but he is very good and really knows what he is doing, and we like to take care of our trees, so it doesn't matter. In terms of responsiveness, sometimes there is a delay because he is off somewhere end of the county or something, but he comes as soon as he can, certainly the next day if I seem to have an emergency. I would use him again in the future.

The job went very well. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. They provide good service. They came out and did what they said they would do.

I had a large tree that I was worried was dieing, Bo came to our house and looked at the tree, said it was probably just in shock from the drought and the construction going on around it. He sent me a quote on trimming all the trees in my yard and giving them food. He provided me with the quote a couple of days after meeting with him, and he worked on the trees with in the week. I thought he was going to grind a stump for me as well, but he didn't. When I contacted him about this, he acknowledged that there was a miscommunication and did the stump for half price, Bo was very responsive to my needs and conservative on the trimming (which I had wanted) he did everything he said he was going to do. The trees look great and I think the one I was worried about will live, if it doesn't Bo said he would deduct the cost of trimming that tree from the tree removal cost.
