Manager contacted me regarding my previous experience and explained the discrepancy to my satisfaction.

I really like this place. They are nice, seem to have fun. Help me keep up with standard maintenance on my car, which helps it run more smoothly longer.

The car washes are detailed. They vacuum and wash the windows. It can be very busy at times. The car was cleaned pretty well. There were a few spots that may have been missed, but overall I was pleased with the work.

They did a fantastic job! My car was in and out in 20 minutes and I still had time to eat my lunch.

I would say they did a pretty good job and I would go back again. I don't like all the extras they try to add on so I prefer to go for the basics of what is needed but they are fast and get the job done!

It's always great. I love the way they maintain all my vehicle's records to know the status. I believe in preventive maintenance and want to do the procedures recommended by the manufacturer.

Came up with a bill for $195. This happens every time you go there for an oil change.

The oil change was performed quickly and with a minimum of fuss, and the wash was a good one. They also vacuumed the interior.
That said, when I took the car to my mechanic later that week, he pointed out that there is a covering underneath the car that can get oil and fluids splashed all over it if it's not removed when changing the oil, and that's exactly what happened with my oil change at Arbor. So while they did a pretty good job, it's definitely a rushed environment. However, I must temper that by saying that days before the oil change, they did help me out by topping up the oil at no charge to me. So, overall, I had a good experience.

This is the classic ripoff car service center. My 18 year old daughter took her car there for an oil change and free car wash in response to an add mailed to my house. She came home with a simple receipt for $55 and no record of what services were performed. When I called they said there computer was down so they could not tell me what was actually done. No sticker on the windshield with mileage and type of oil. No idea what they did for $55. When I called for explanation they were total jack-a**** and offered no further explanation. Would never go here again! Total rip off and customer service was pathetic!

They consistently do a great job.

They have always done a good job and I've never had any issues. I will absolutely continue to use them.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS LISTED WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

We bought a 3 carwash deal from Groupon. Got the first carwash, mediocre, nothing to write home about.

My husband and I took both cars in for our 2nd and 3rd Groupon. We were 3 days past the expiration date, because we had a death in the family. My husband took in the death certificate to prove we weren't just goofing around.

The manager was extremely nasty when we asked for our car washes (that were already paid for) and made quite a loud scene in front of the rest the customers and refused to honor the 2 remaining car washes we had bought and paid for. Her staff was embarrassed and quietly apologized as we pulled out with our unwashed cars. When you embarrass your own employees, you know you have problems.

We notified Groupon who were equally appalled and refunded our money. Contacted the Better Business Bureau and found out that Arbor Car Wash already has multiple complaints against them.

Avoid at all costs - who causes a scene with a repeat and paid customer who just lost a family member ??

Service performed went very well. They performed the oil change then took it over to be washed and dried. Like most oil change locations, they went over services that should be performed at different times of a vehicles life. Work was done well and in a timely manner. I did wait for them to finish. They have a waiting area inside the airconditioning as well as rocking chairs outside.

I arrived and my car was taken promptly to be washed. I waited a few minutes sitting comfortably in a rocking chair and then my car was ready to go. They have a great waiting area which includes wireless internet service. You can go online beforehand and print a $3 off coupon or get a better price by having a lube job done at the time.

It's a great environment to sit and wait--big rocking chairs outside, seating inside, even a leather-chair conversation chair, resident golden retriever, friendly and professional employees. Prices are reasonable and comparable to other places. I always use a coupon so I get a great deal ($28.95). Plus it's locally owned, which is great to support.

Overall, I was very happy with the outcome. The waxing guy could not get off the bug grime from the front bumper and tried with various solutions and wiping down. I should have gotten it buffed, but did not have time or wanted to spend the extra money on that service. The seats were very clean without being "slick" and the windows shined so bright. The dash was very nice and it is so clean, the glare in the front window is almost a nuisance, that I have to wear my sunglasses- not such a bad problem to have.

They tell you exactly what is wrong with your car. They don't add on unnecessary services and charges. They talk to you like you know what you're talking about. Whenever I need a second opinion, I go straight to them. They are also willing to stay late and do repairs. They have good mechanics, and they aren't driven to provide unnecessary tests and services.

My vehicle was ready in about 40 minutes. When I got in it, I assumed there was a mistake because dog hair was still on the center console, and there were stains on the door panels. I told the owner, who accompanied me back to the vehicle. A worker saw this and followed us; he told us he would wipe down the inside again. I pointed out obvious things missed (dog hair, food stains) and the owner said I need to get a detail in order to get that level of service. I was not impressed, and should have saved my money and cleaned the vehicle myself. I could have done a better job.

The service at the car wash is horrible. The quality of the wash was also very bad (I had to wipe it down myself when I got home & re-vacuum the interior).
