Aquatic Balance Pool Services

We were using Real Clear Pools and didn't feel like they were totally pulling their weight, so we got a recommendation to use this company. RCP was able to maintain the pool decently; their biggest problem was punctuality and removing all the leaves. Aquatic Balance TOTALLY dropped the ball. The pool was usable for the first 2 months or so, but then there was extreme algae growth. They spent 1-2 weeks coming over every 2-3 days to try to "fix" it, but these guys obviously have no idea what they're doing. They ended up dropping us as a client because they couldn't figure out how to maintain our pool. We took a sample of our water to Leslie's Pool Supply and were told there was 0 chlorine in it. That's crazy to me. To drop a paying customer is ludicrous, and they should be ashamed of themselves. I've been telling my wife for the past year I am more than capable of maintaining our pool, and now I'm doing it and it's already looking way better. It's not rocket science, but these guys sure make it look like it is.

.Diagnosed original problems and before parts arrived our pool stopped running.  Justin came in the rain, got us up and running while waiting on the parts.  Thank you for your prompt response and coming in the rain to diagnose pool issues, this is a person who puts his customers above his convenience.  We will use and recommend Justin.

We are so pleased!!!!  Justin diagnosed the problem on the first visit and returned when the part came in.  While here he also adjusted the Polaris and changed out the wall assembly.
His charges were for his labor.
Wow, what a pleasure doing business with someone that not only answers his phone, but is on site at the appointed time.  We are fortunate to have Justin working with us.
