The company offerings were very clear and the estimating process was straightforward and easy to understand. In hindsight, we should have approached the color-matching process a little differently and matched metal to metal instead of metal to wood. The finished product looks very nice and will serve us very well. Trey returned at no charge for a small adjustment to turn one downspout to an angle for better drainage.

Gutter installation went fast and they look and perform just as expected; door installation took several visits and had a couple hiccups (mainly because it was spread out over several days on the contractor's part and that most days he did not begin work before noon). Despite the length of time and number of visits, I am satisfied with the door installation. I understand from AQ Exteriors that they won't be using this particular subcontractor again.

They did a great job.  I like the price.  I like the people and I like the work.  They did quality job.

Pro:  nice guys, showed up as promised to provide a quote.  Were responsive to my calls and emails.
Con:  on the day they were supposed to start work, they called to say they couldn't do it after all.  This was surprising and frustrating, since I invested significant time meeting with them and hammering out the scope of work.  I will say on the flip side that when I asked them to return a can of my paint they had borrowed to get similar paint for the new siding, they returned it the same day.

Dwane arrived on time and was very professional. His bid was very competitive and he had been recommended to me by my drainage contractor. I have not done the work yet but would have no hesitation recommending AQ Exteriors at this point.

They were on time. They did a good job and they cleaned everything nicely. They were fine and I will use them again in the future.

Quote process went well, describing options. Product installed and adjusted per decision of owner. Generally, communication was good. Still finding a few nails/connectors (used for screen) in flower beds. The gutters have performed great even in our heavy rains.

I notice my rain gutter was loose and falling from the house because of water damaged fascia. AQ Exteriors came out, inspected all gutters and gave me a quote of the repairs. They explained the reason why each section would need work. Once I approved, the work was completed and the charges were exactly as per the quote. They did a very good clean job.

Trey arrived in early afternoon and got to work replacing and painting the fascia. His crew arrived about two hours later and quickly and quietly began the gutter installation. The gutters completely match our house colors, making them as close to "invisible" as possible. We are really thrilled with the work they did. They cleaned up and left without saying a word, and we received our bill in the mail shortly thereafter. The only thing that made us scratch our heads was that it seemed a little difficult to get them to tell us exactly when we could expect them. It had rained on and off in the previous week, so we definitely cut them some slack there. Also, my husband and I both work from home, so that sort of thing isn't a hardship for us -- but if we both worked out of the home and wanted to keep a general eye on the work's progress, it would've been a pain to coordinate.

They were very reasonably priced as their price was well below the other two quotes that we received. They were however a little slower than they said they would be. There was a lot of rain at that time so it was excused.

They actually custom made my gutters to fix and they were still done in one day. Their price was reasonable compared to other larger companies I had contacted. The gutters look great and I have not had any problems.
