Was very fast to reach out. They scheduled me in very fast. Showed up to the appointment early and got started right away. He answered every question I had and got the appraisal completed and to me on the early side of their estimate. Very happy.

Orlando of Appraisal IQ LLC was excellent. He arrived on time, explained exactly what he was doing based on my request. That was to measure my home so that I could have the square footage corrected (hopefully) with the appraisal district. The report from his visit was provided the next day which is a fabulous turn around considering how busy he is. He wasn't fond of the first result, so he returned the next day to validate and re-measure. Again, the final report was delivered the following day. For me, these days it is hard to fine good people and trustworthy firms. Well, I give Orlando and his firm a solid 5 stars, for quick response, being on time, making sure the final product is as expected, and making sure the client (me) is fully satisfied. If you contact him for any of his services and have high expectations, you will not be disappointed.
