Fiberglass Pool Building or Installation
We've just broken ground for the pool, so I'll have to wait and see how that goes. So far, though, I'm extremely pleased with them. Not pushy, willing to go through the costs items by item, so I can make an informed financial decision. They ACTUALLY seem to want to please me and my family with a great pool.

I would not have given them all 5s if it was not for the project manager Sam! He is on top things, he fought tooth and nail to correct my issue, he has impeccable communication skills, very well organized, and provided top notch customer service! I think what sets this pool company from others is honesty, I found Anthony and Sylvan to be very honest!

Concrete Pool Installation
Despite the fact it was off season and the weather was mostly good, it took over 4 months to complete. The plumber and electricians were great. However, some of the other contractors were a nightmare - especially the tile and coping crew. The scheduler Bianca was helpful and always answered our calls. We rarely saw the construction manager Dwayne and when we had concerns about the design, he totally blew us off. The deck topping was poor quality work, but the overall quality of the pool is ok. The design on paper appeared good, but in reality not what we had hoped for. This would probably happen with any pool contractor, but they completely destroyed our back yard and it has cost us thousands of dollars to repair. Some other problems we had along the way you would probably have with any pool contractor as well. But, we dont feel Anthony and Sylvan cares about quality and customer satisfaction as much as they claim.

Overall 5 star rating. One person was not good. The scheduler - Bianca. -She was terrible with communication. I would leave many messages for her, and she would never call back. The Customer Manager was awesome. He called back right away, and answered all of our questions. All of the others were very kind and trustworthy. I was never afraid to leave them alone to do the work. The company has wonderful people and workers. Scheduler Bianca never called to let us know when the pool would be inspected or when it actually was inspected. It failed inspection. The issues were corrected last week. Again - the other scheduler was very good, however Bianca never contacted us at all about anything that we asked for.

They were professional, courteous, and thorough. They have been around for a while and we had friends who had used them before. We hired them and they did a great job They stand by their product and are patient. We don't have anything negative to say about them. We recommend them to anyone.
