They take care of lot of rescue dogs and they help low income people or people that have multiple dogs or cats. They are not a emergency animal hospital or anything like that. If your dog get sick or anything like that because of the surgery you don't have to pay for it. It is on them. They promise you a healthy dog without any side effects from the surgery. We have to take my dog to one of the 24 hours animal emergency hospital and they paid for that and she stayed there overnight and make sure she survive somebody be with there all night.
If you are concerned about cost and care that the Animal Trustees of Austin would do a good job. My experience is good. They have lot of volunteers and everybody there is so compassionate and they help you in the lobby area to try to help your animal and with paper work. They are telling exactly what you have to do. You do have to sit and wait to get your dog or cat in. They do dogs on one day and they do cats on another day or they do dogs at a certain time and then cats at a different time. Price is excellent. I would use them again.
