Buyer beware!! This agent is the epitome of unethical. She says and does whatever she sees fit to get a contract signed and then goes back on her word. She denies ever having made any verbal agreements as to the details of the contract. She avoids responding to counters and amendments that are time sensitive. She lies without any remorse. Do Not trust her. Avoid doing any business with her. She will turn what should be a positive experience of buying a home into an absolute nightmare. She is unaware of real estate laws to the point that she increases your overall cost of a deal. She ran all over my realtor and was condescending the entire time through her communications. Now I seriously wish I could go back and buy a different home as long as she wasn't involved.
