Horrendous. Beware, beware, beware of the AMM shop on Burnet. I don't know about the other shops, but the personnel at the Burnet shop will lie directly to your face, will cheat by using low quality products rather than the OEM parts that came with the replacements and will steal any and everything in your car. The car was delivered to the shop on Feb 16th. We had to return it three different times with an insurance agent in tow in order to get the repairs even remotely done correctly. We had a full belt and tension system in the car that had been gotten from a salvage yard and those parts disappeared. We ended up having to pay for the belt and tension system from another shop. They broke the moon roof control console and denied having ever been inside the car even though there was a cup with the company's name on it inside and the radio station had been changed from the usual channel. The back fender had to be replaced. When they removed it, they broke the wires for the backup system but denied that they did it. They didn't fix it and we had to pay a different shop to fix that damage. The fender inner liner came with all the OEM parts needed to replace it properly. Instead, they used whatever they could find around the shop to install the liner. We found the proper parts strewn inside the car. They broke off some interior trim and stuck it back on with duck tape, then denied that they even had duct tape in the shop. The list goes on and on. The sunroof no longer works but it did at the time it was dropped off at the shop after the accident. These people will lie, cheat and steal from you without a second thought and will deny that they had anything to do with any of the problems that arose AFTER their supposed repair work.

Working with Dave Hardee is the absolute BEST service I've ever received at a collision repair shop. If you want it done right with Superior responsiveness, have Dave Hardee manage your repairs!!

From the receptionist to the repair professionals, this is an incredibly well-run and customer-oriented business, which I HIGHLY recommend.  
 It was really easy to make an appointment and get an immediate comprehensive analysis of the damage.  Everything was explained in person and in detail.  The AMM team efficiently coordinated all of the repair flow and communications-- including the rental car, the Lexus parts dealer, State Farm agents and appraisers, and all of the details of the repair schedule.  They also finished the job exactly on time as promised.
The place itself is great, with a spacious, clean and work friendly waiting area.  The estimate seemed more than fair for the amount of damage, which required replacing the rear bumper and back gate with actual Lexus parts (not after-market junk.)  
Everyone I met there was smart and totally "on it."  I am extremely pleased with the efficiency and quality of the completed work-- and happy that I chose AMM Collision (the location on north Burnet Road) from the list recommended by my insurance agent.  This was as positive an experience as I could have had, under the circumstances.

We used Haas Collision about six months ago because I had a fender bender/minor car accident into a truck. I see the truck but I didn't see the bumper that was sticking way out and I bump into it. I like everything and they were very professional, very courteous and in fact we had to hose pump at the last minute because our other car was having car trouble I think that was the reason and they told us oh no problem and rescheduled us at our convenience and they did a really good job. They came in right on time when they told us they would. They did a great job. I like everything about them.

We had a dent that needed fixing. We told the estimator that we were paying out of pocket and wanted to keep the cost as low as possible. He described the less costly option and we decided on that. They completed the repair when they said they would and it looks great.

The work was done on time, the quality was very good, the cost was as estimated and they keep me informed.

The entire experience was flawless. Sammy Wells inspected my car late on a Wednesday afternoon, took all my information, and scheduled a date to bring it in - the following Monday morning. In the meantime, he ordered the replacement hood and had it ready. Haas finished the work exactly when they promised (in 3 days) and did a marvelous job. The hood and bumper looked exactly like they did when I bought the car new. Sammy also gave me a tour of the shop and introduced me to the technicians who worked on my car. They were very courteous and displayed obvious pride in the quality and craftsmanship of their work. I would recommend Haas to anyone.

They responded quickly to my request to fix this headlight. Their prices were much lower, although there were more expensive options that were possible. The production manager, Tim Graham, was very hospitable and understanding. I really liked him. The front desk person (Erica Addis) were very helpful and I appreciate that. I really don't have anything but wonderful things to say about this company. It used to be known at Doug Scales Body Shop, but they have new owners.

They had me drive them around to hear the clanking and solved the problem in about an hour. They were professional and they took me right away even without an appointment.

Very smooth. Noel was the gentleman I dealt with. He was very polite and helpful. Gave me a written estimate and verbally told me the likelihood of additional costs that may not be visible. The work is guaranteed the car looked great-just picked it up a few days ago-no problems so far. They cleaned it inside and out-looks almost like new.

Absolutely fantastic. The car looks brand new. The service was so good, and they were very sincere. They dealt with the insurance company of the driver who rear-ended me. They were very professional, and honest. When I picked up my car, I couldn't believe how it looked. I felt like it drove even better. Ha! I did not even have any engine damage. We just replaced two bumpers, and painted over a couple of rusty spots!
