Not enough room here to tell the entire story but needless to say its been a train wreck. Americana bailed in the middle of our project after months and months of delays, numerous mistakes, and empty promises. Significantly over budget and still a mountain in front of us to try to get this finished. Leaking roof, foundation piers built incorrectly and need to be repaired now among other things. No project management and evident that Katia has very little understanding of construction process in general unfortunately. Beware before hiring Americana
