Left in the middle of our project - unfinished and with numerous deficiencies. Months and Months delayed due to lack of project management and general understanding of the process. failure to follow engineering / building plans led to numerous problems and re-work. foundation piers have been done incorrectly and need to be repaired. significantly over the promised budget of materials with much more left to finish. left us to pay for nearly 30k in extra materials that they had agreed to reimburse. Also apparently appears they have left sub contractors un-paid as well. Its been a complete nightmare. Please beware before hiring Americana Builders. *****I felt obligated to provide another update to our situation with Katia Sandoval - Americana Builders. We have also now learned that her deception is on a whole different level then we were aware of. Apparently the HVAC, plumbing, and Electrician subs that she hired have been paid only a fraction of what we have paid her for those services and materials. They are owed thousands and thousands of dollars. Now we have vendors coming after us for $$ and possibly attempting to put liens on our property. The nightmare gets even worse. Really cant comprehend how there are any positive reviews for her on here. Please be careful considering their services.

Americana Builders installed flooring in our garage attic and did a very good job. They showed up on time and completed the work quickly. They also made small adjustments I asked for. The owner and staff were very attentive and were interested in our being pleased with the work. We're very happy with the results.

Katia and her crews are hard working, dedicated and met our needs for our renovations. Katia is always available and works diligently to get the job done right.

They are fantastic, and they did a very good job. Katia was very personable.

Americana Builders did a great job and did it in just one week. Cleaned up after themselves and were very dedicated to there work. They took the old siding off and all the trim around the house and replaced and did a fantastic job painting. I would hire them again for any kind of building I needed done.

Katia at Americana Builders was absolutely fantastic. Her team did a fantastic job taking out a couple of load bearing walls. The materials were delivered on time, and her framers knocked the job out in a day. She also did a great job of managing the subcontractors that pulled paneling, installed sheet rock, installed can lights, smoothed ceilings, painted, and reworked some electrical outlets. She was onsite everyday, and I felt comfortable leaving her to manage the job when we were at work. Small issues that weren't noticed until after the job was complete, were addressed immediately. She sent out workers at her expense to address the issue. I could not be more happy with the results. She came in on budget, and on time. I would definitely feel comfortable hiring Katia and Americana Builders again in the future.

Framing project was complicated but was performed in a fast and competent manner. I was very pleased with the work and would be happy to recommend them for other projects. Good value and good work.

They repaired my eaves, a nd replaced much old wood in many areas on my house. Their work was excellent, timely, and as per contract. I will use them again.

I have very good impression about this company and their customer service and alway's show up on time, and finished the job in a short time.
