AMERICA'S FINEST CARPET CLEANERS

Briefly - Aire Serv of Austin gave the job to America's Finest Carpet Cleaners without informing us. I did not realize the switch until I was asked to make payment before the other company's employees would leave our house. It turned out that the workmanship was poor and required a call back to repair the work. In short, Aire Serv of Austin said they would call us on the recall. Neither company responded, to telephone calls or e-mails for two weeks. By then I made the repairs myself. I informed American Express of the situation with America's Finest Carpet Cleaners. American Express suspended payment while they investigated. American Express concluded their investigation on July 28, 2008, stating that America's Finest Carpet Cleaner's did not supply them with information they requested.
