My wife and I could not be more happier with their products and services.

I received a quote over the telephone. They promptly came out to measure. I didn't hear back for a while. So when I called after the discussed date for delivery. the worker told me that "he had lost his shirt" because he did not understand the the table on the order was oval in shape but Troy had told him to stick with the price anyway and that they ordered it from another glass company. As soon as it was delivered to them, they would deliver it to me. My overall impression: I was very clear as to the dimensions and what I wanted (we had a long discussion about the subject). I was glad that they stuck to their price (if not, this would have been a very different review). I did not feel that they communicated the delay very well or how I was told that he felt it was my fault for not communicating the shape (which I remember communicating very clearly). Overall, I am okay with my purchase. I would not have been had I paid more becuase it was within $20 of the 3 other vendors that I had called for quotes.

Good: friendly person on the phone, scheduled me for the next day, inexpensive, fast. Bad: their employee was scheduled for sometime btw. 8-noon, but he called and said he had to reschedule for 2-3. He arrived a little before 2. A bit messy with the old glass -- I had to do a lot of cleanup. Since I'd never had windows repaired before, I didn't know if this was normal. He offered to come inside and clean up at the end but I was in a hurry to attend to some errands so I said I'd do it.

I called for two different bids, and someone came out within a day or two and bid the jobs. (I got bids from one other company that were significantly higher so I decided to go with Ame's.) I corresponded via phone and email with questions, and they were helpful and quick to respond. Once I made a decision, I paid half upfront and they said it would be about 5 business days to get the glass and then they would call me to schedule the installation. About 2 business days later, someone showed up on my doorstep for the installation. Of course it was great to have the work done earlier than anticipated, but it was odd that no one called me to tell me they were coming (luckily I was home). Also, they had the order wrong, but after a phone call we straightened it out. The installation was quick and the cleanup was OK. I am overall pleased with the job, and I think the price was fair.

Not only were they friendly and courteous, they also did an outstanding job! They removed huge mirrors safely, quickly and efficiently! I highly recommend this company!

Generally very pleased with the service provided, measuring the glass patterns, delivering mirrors within stated lead time, and quality of product. One negative aspect to report was a bit of carelessness during the mirror installation in one of our baths that resulted in two holes being punched in our wall by a drill bit. Also, there was a concern when we were asked to make our checks out to an individual versus the company.

Very well. They initially mis-cut the glass but they immediately went back to their office and re-cut a new set and were back within two hours. They also had to cut the glass to match up a slight out of alignment wall due to the way the home was constructed.

Office rep promptly gave a reasonable estimate over the phone after I had checked out a few other glass and mirror companies. Troy Shugart arrived at the time agreed within a few days of my phone call to take measurements. My request for an ASAP installation was taken into consideration as we were expecting out-of-town guests for the holiday. Troy came back on the date and time agreed and did a fine job without wasting any time and cleaning up afterward. The price was fair and competitive based on other estimates. This company followed through promptly, was courteous, and a pleasure to work with especially after waiting and waiting for call backs and impatience with the small job which was the response from several other companies.

Troy, the owner, and Chance, his helper, were very nice, and professional and I found the price for the work to be reasonable. Was also glad they guaranteed their work.
