They are very accommodating when I need to change the day. They are here for about an hour. They are proactive about any complaints and are anxious to correct them.

We used Ame's for about a year and they do a thorough job cleaning. The cost was a little high and we were expected to tip the ladies on top of the contracted rate. I was able to get someone to come on pretty short notice which was good but it seemed like there was always someone different sent to clean.

Regarding gratuity, about 75% of our clients choose to tip, and we leave that completely at our client's discretion; our employees appreciate anything that is given. We do make it a priority to send a primary team to client's homes that are on a regular schedule. Understandably, if a client is not on a regular schedule rotation and calls sporadically or on short notice, the likelihood of a repeat team being available is low."

Ame was able to work me into the schedule last minute when I needed help preparing the house for Easter guests. A crew of 2 nice ladies provided a deep clean of our 3 bedroom, 2 bath house. They cleaned every inch to perfection! I was impressed with the attention to detail - the house was absolutely spotless! I hope to use Ame's service again in the future, on a regular basis.

Provided a standard clean ahead of an every-other-week schedule, but cleaned things I didn't expect, which was nice, so it felt more like a deep clean. They were very punctual and efficient. I gave the responsiveness a B because they didn't use some of the floor cleaning and furniture polishing products I put out for them to use. Or perhaps that type of cleaning is only done in the deep cleaning service. They did clean all of the floors, but not with my products. They were willing to design a standard cleaning around my needs because my husband had very bad allergies. We're just getting started with them, but we are very pleased with our first cleaning and look forward to their next visit.

They do a very good job. Every once in a while, something comes up and I need them to come on a different day and they try to accommodate that. They are very trustworthy and I usually leave the door unlocked on their scheduled day.

They do a very good job. If they aren't going to be here they always make sure to call and let me know and reschedule. They are very trustworthy and they get in and get the job done. They seem to be comparably priced. They are very punctual.

One story stands out - and it's from this spring. Our crew somehow caused a stovetop knob to snap off -- not come off for cleaning, stick it back on the post but snap off flush with the surface of the stove holy cow how do you fix THIS? We looked into repairing it, and it would cost about $100 in parts and more for labor (our stovetop dates back to the '80s). Once we clarified with Ame exactly what had happened -- though no one is really certain how that knob sheared off that way -! -- we agreed that she would comp our next cleaning and we'd call it even. We happened to be out of town during that next visit, so we were especially pleased to find that she had instructed the crew to do a deep (detailed) cleaning -- the sort that's usually the first visit from a new service. Such a great way to make things right between us!
In fact, it's slipped my mind to request one every so often (there's nothing like a good deep scrub all around) -- I'll be asking for one every year or so from now on.

I like the quality of their service. They are trust worthy. I can’t be here always to supervise their work. I need somebody that I can leave my home and feel safe about it and they are. I would use them in the future.

First of all, their were two maids, neither of which spoke English. I watched them dust some tables...they slid the books, flower arrangements etc over the tables instead of picking them up, thus causing minor scratches in the wood. I have a table runner on the dining table and they didn't move it or dust around it. The toilets and sinks appeared to be lightly skimmed over and not scrubbed. Overall, the entire cleaning was very superficial; something I could have done myself in half the time. Called the owner and she offered to have them come back but told her no, they weren't good to begin with. Also, sensed a little disgust by the owner with my call so won't have them come back ever again. (This is the first time in my life I have ever called a cleaning company because I was dissatisfied)

It went well. I get the same team every two weeks. The clean the kitchen and bathrooms well. I feel they could do more of the "details" more frequently - I get a lot of cobwebs in corners that remain until I remove them.

Cleaned up after a 3 day weekend of family and friends visiting from out of town. I forgot how good my house could look! I should have done this a long time ago. I think I can put off painting the inside for a few more years now.

I had hired them twice in the past to come out and clean my house without many problems. I used them because a friend told me she liked them. She was always home when they came. I work full time so I set out a key. They came to do the cleaning and I had istructed them on where to find the key. The last time they came (the date above), they could not find the key and that was just the beginning of the problems. I instructed them to use my back entrance. The key was hidden under my grill cover where the tools are stored. The grill is 5 feet from my back door and I only have one of them in my private backyard. I got a call at work and they claimed they could not locate the key. I reminded them where it was and they said they would relay the info to the maids at my house (the call was from their office). About 30 minutes later, I got a call saying they had found a key but it wouldnt fit in the door. I use the key regularly so I know it works. They had tried making it work on both front and back doors. All my locks use the same key so it should have worked. After several more phone calls being traded, I decided to leave the office to make sure the key was where I promised it was and that it did work. They sent the maids onto thier next appointment without cleaning my house. When I arrived at home, my key was right where I said it was and I used it to get into my house. I called the service back to tell them they were incorrect and that is where I recieved more information. They had apparently found one of my neighbors hide-a-keys AND jammed that key into my doors. If they were in my backyard originally, that should not have even been a possiblity. To top all of that off, cleaning services are not cheap. I pay them to come in, use their cleaning products, and clean my house. I moved my ke to a completely obvious place (hoping no one else would enter my yard and find it and asked them to come back. I returned to work. They did come back later that afternoon but there was another problem when they did. They had decided to not use their cleaning products but to use mine. I noticed because some of my products were running low and after their visit, they were empty. I was mad but tried to get over it. This was the last straw. I told them to not come back. I have started using Morehands and they are so much better. I did not rate them as F because the other times they had visited, things went ok. I will never use them again and do not recommend them.

"Dear Member, Thank you for your feedback. At times, in spite of our best efforts, things do not work out exactly as planned. I am sorry that you a had a negative experience with us. Our policy when we have difficulty accessing a home is to contact the client. If we can not gain entrance to the home in a reasonable amount of time, we will proceed to the next appointment. We will always return the same day to honor the client's appointment if the original access issue has been resolved. As far as cleaning supplies, we provide approximately 10 products to keep a home in the best condition. However, there are some items we do not transport from home to home in the interest of sanitation/client preference: a toilet brush in each bathroom area, 100% cotton cloths for floors, the client's preferred floor cleaner for tile/wood, and a vacuum if the client has pets. We have many clients that elect to provide additional products such as furniture polish, mildew remover, a specialty stove cleaner, etc. All I can say is that perhaps our team used The Member's products because they thought, in error, that the products were provided by The Member for use in The Member's home. Again, I am sorry that you had a negative experience with Ame's Cleaning. If you elect to have us service you again, I can promise you will not be disappointed. Thank you, Ame"

So-so. The crew of two women who could not speak English were there for two hours. They cleaned surfaces well, but it appears they did not clean the baseboards other than dusting them off (no wipe down as requested) so I had to go back and do them myself before the painters came. The kitchen was cleaned adequately, as was the master bath, but the other two baths were cleaned in a slipshod manner (dust and dirt in corners, floors behind toilets). The agreed upon price was $90, but the two demanded more, even after I had tipped them. A generally unsatisfactory experience.

They do a good job cleaning. We have only had one incident of something getting broken. They left a note and offered to pay for the item. They come when we are not home, so I really don't know if they are on time or not. Getting them on the telephone can be difficult sometimes.

I couldn't give Ame's an overall score of A because even though the ladies did an excellent job. The price was good, getting to the point where they actually came to the house was laborious. The only problem with the cleaning was one of the ladies tried to clean some big bathroom light bulbs, when they were still hot, and broke 5 of them. I had to call a couple times to get the appointment made. Which was eventually set up for 8:00 on a Monday. By the time they finally showed up it was 2:00. I called the office a few times after 9:00 that day to see where they were but no answer. I finally got a hold of them around 10:00. After they did such a wonderful job cleaning that day. I wanted to give Ame's a second chance, so I called a few days later to set up my appointment. left a voice mail and then never received a call back. I had to call another service.

I HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH AME'S CLEANING SERVICE. THE WOMEN WHO CLEAN MY HOUSE ARE VERY DEPENDABLE AND DO AN EXCELLENT JOB CLEANING MY HOUSE. I WOULD AND HAVE RECOMMENDED AME'S CLEANING SERVICE TO A NUMBER OF FRIENDS AND ASSOCIATES.
