Ame's Cleaning is a locally-owned, fully-insured residential and commercial cleaning service. We have served Austin and surrounding areas since 1987. None of our products are toxic or abrasive, and we strive to send the same team each time. References available upon request.

Regarding gratuity, about 75% of our clients choose to tip, and we leave that completely at our client's discretion; our employees appreciate anything that is given. We do make it a priority to send a primary team to client's homes that are on a regular schedule. Understandably, if a client is not on a regular schedule rotation and calls sporadically or on short notice, the likelihood of a repeat team being available is low."
In fact, it's slipped my mind to request one every so often (there's nothing like a good deep scrub all around) -- I'll be asking for one every year or so from now on.
I like the quality of their service. They are trust worthy. I can’t be here always to supervise their work. I need somebody that I can leave my home and feel safe about it and they are. I would use them in the future.
"Dear Member, I am sorry that you had an unsatisfactory experience with us nearly a year and a half ago, and dismayed that you did not elect to have our team return to your home at that time to rectify the situation. Our teams are very good at what they do, which is clean. Not all of them speak English, but if that is a priority for a client, we will make sure to send out a team that does. Our office administration is fully bilingual and capable of relaying any messages specific to a client's home. We have a satisfaction guarantee, which means that if you are unsatisfied with your cleaning, we will always return to observe and correct the areas that were lacking. "Dear Member, Thank you for your feedback. At times, in spite of our best efforts, things do not work out exactly as planned. I am sorry that you a had a negative experience with us. Our policy when we have difficulty accessing a home is to contact the client. If we can not gain entrance to the home in a reasonable amount of time, we will proceed to the next appointment. We will always return the same day to honor the client's appointment if the original access issue has been resolved. As far as cleaning supplies, we provide approximately 10 products to keep a home in the best condition. However, there are some items we do not transport from home to home in the interest of sanitation/client preference: a toilet brush in each bathroom area, 100% cotton cloths for floors, the client's preferred floor cleaner for tile/wood, and a vacuum if the client has pets. We have many clients that elect to provide additional products such as furniture polish, mildew remover, a specialty stove cleaner, etc. All I can say is that perhaps our team used The Member's products because they thought, in error, that the products were provided by The Member for use in The Member's home. Again, I am sorry that you had a negative experience with Ame's Cleaning. If you elect to have us service you again, I can promise you will not be disappointed. Thank you, Ame"
