STAY CLEAR! We were EXTREMELY frustrated with Amazing Exteriors? conduct, service and lack of professionalism. We signed a contract back in May 2016 that covered window installments and some remodeling. We were promised that the company will complete ALL construction (INCLUDING receiving a permit) within 6-8 weeks (i.e. by mid-July at the latest). This turned out to be an operational fiasco. Even now (15 weeks since we signed the contract!!!) are not close to having this project completed. The deposit check (50% of the amount) was cleared 2 days after signing the contract, but that was the only item that Amazing Exteriors took care of in a very timely fashion? The chain of events post contract signature was as follows: ? We were told that an engineer will touch base within 10 days. No one contacted us, and we had to chase down the company with multiple phone calls to have someone come over after 17 days ? We then have NOT HEARD from Amazing Exteriors despite multiple attempts to call them during June and during July ? In late July, Amazing Exteriors submitted the permit request to the WRONG jurisdiction (!!), so it was rejected after a few business days. Only afterward, they submitted the permit request to the right jurisdiction ? Once construction actually resumed, the crew would appear inconsistently, work for only a few hours a day, schedule and then reschedule visits for various reasons (car broke down, etc.), not clean after a day?s work (we had to do that ourselves), and leave cigarette butts in our driveway. DO NOT HIRE!

Exceptional product and service.

We couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience, from the time Doug showed up for the first visit to the time the last installer left.  It took them only 1 day to install all 15 windows; they spent another 4+days putting the walls and trim back together, both inside and outside walls in better shape than they found them.  Travis went above and beyond the call in completing inside wall repairs and painting!  We highly recommend these guys and will use them when we are ready to replace the rest of the windows in our home.

These folks are terrible. A year later and they still have not finished the job they've been paid for. My windows leak, they stick, the doors creak and don't slide right, I'm missing hardware, they made a mess of my home and their product...I could go on and on. I'm still trying to clean paint, caulking, and fingerprints of glue off my brand new windows and doors - they didn't even attempt to clean them, just slapped em in and walked away. Support is awful, communication non existent, the installers changed daily. A two day job left my house open to the elements for months. Nobody on the install team spoke English. They wouldn't leave on their last day until I signed off even though they were nowhere near done. That was 6 months ago and I'm still trying to get the work completed. Oh - and they estimated two weeks to get started, took my money, then didn't get started for a few months. Avoid these crooks like the plague, they're awful. I'll likely be suing so I can pay someone else to finish the job. I'll also be filing a complaint with Marvin.

Our house looks amazing!? (Thanks, Amazing Siding!) They came and bid the project.? We had lots of special design requests and they incorporated all our ideas in their work. They used pre-colored hardiplank siding and it honestly looks perfect.? All old boards were removed, new layers of wood and insulation (according to hardiplank guidelines).? They cleaned up after the job and removed debris (some nails were still in the grass, so that's an area to follow up on).? We are VERY pleased and would definitely use them again.

The new windows fit exactly into the 1954 frames, giving us 21st Century temperature and sound insulation while maintaining the beauty of our old house. In 2013 Amazing Siding and Windows replaced the windows on the front side of the house. Because the new wIndows made such a positive impact, we borrowed the money a year later to finish the rest. Lifetime warranty provided by Amazing Siding and Windows supplements the Marvin guarantee.
The installers arrived on time, replaced 13 windows in a day, and cleaned up after their work beautifully.

I did some research on Angie?s List and found this provider.  I first got a bid from them and they were knowledgeable on what I wanted done.  They gave me the information I desired and their prices were not the highest or the lowest but it was what made most sense.

They did a good job for me.

They're great. I'd recommend them.

They stand behind their work.  They're very easy to work with and very professional.  And, we were in constant contact with the original representatives to make sure everything was going okay. Mitch Worden was extremely helpful with the entire process.  We don't have anything bad to say about him or the company.  It was expensive, but well worth it! All of their staff were extremely helpful.  Months after the work was done, they still stayed in touch with us to make sure we were happy or if we needed anything else.  As of last Thursday, Mitch Worden came by to take pictures of their work.  They were very prompt.  They stayed on schedule.  If we had to change dates, they were very accommdating to fit our needs.

The previous work was great - no nonsense.  Can't wait to get started on the rest!

Two years ago, we had half of our windows replaced by Amazing Siding and Windows of Austin.  We liked the product and work so much so that we again two years later asked them to replace the rest of our out-dated windows.
Other than showing up on time and as expected, these guys did a perfect installation of all of the windows throughout our house.  They not only operated as professionals, but were a pleasure to have around while they were doing the install.
They cleaned up after themselves and left me with immaculately installed, beautiful and unparalelled-quality windows.  A great start to our home's remodel!
I would highly recommend Amazing Siding and Windows of Austin to anyone looking for a quality product and quality service.

All in all it went very well. Our sales reps were Mitch and Shannon. They seemed to work well together. Job took about two weeks and the end result look better than we anticipated.

We were told all installers were trained for Hardie products, that we would pay half up front and the rest once we signed off on the completed job. Even though the insulation was ordered and on-site it wasn't installed.  My husband had to call the office so the beginning of the job was undone to install the insulation, and then re-install.  Our salesman was one of the owners but was very hard to get a hold of.  The crew leader spoke limited English and this was a barrier, hence calling the office.  I was glad I didn't plant my new garden beds in the front before they started as there was rubbish everywhere and the plants would have been trampled.  It is 8 months later and we're still finding nails - new and old - in the lawn and garden.  No bare feet!  There were incomplete items once the main crew finished - normal - but it took 10 days before we got someone out to get the list and another week before any action was taken.  The paint used to cover the caulk holes is of the same color but a different sheen so you can see where all the holes were covered, and not everything was returned to it's original location; we still have two items not hung on the exterior walss. Then it turned out that the final payment was 'automatically' made before we signed off on the completed job, and was told by Stephen Warrington that this was okay and business as usual, that he knew it would all work - it was just timing. So no, we would not recommend Amazing Siding - the customer service was so not amazing.

The job took about 3 weeks.

I’m very much satisfied with the work they’ve done. We had a couple of screens with little tiny holes in them that we discovered afterwards and they’re coming today to replace them. They were very responsive and the issue itself was small but even so, they’ve been very responsive. The windows are fantastic. We did price shop around and that was significantly less expensive than the competitors.

In the beginning Luke the salesman told me there would be a 6 week lead time to get my windows installed. However it took me sending him an email (after 3 weeks of waiting) before anyone showed up to measure the windows. Then they were supposed to do the whole house but were in such a hurry they only measured the 5 windows. 9 weeks later I finally got my windows installed by a subcontractor (who I had to convince to do the job when they showed up that day) who did an excellent job. But since they were only getting paid to install the windows they could not measure the windows in the rest of the house as promised by the company.

Amazing Siding installed Hardi-Plank siding on our house and it was the most "Amazing" job we have ever had done.  It has been about a year since we had this done, and we are still amazed at the perfection, craftsmanship, and professionalism of the work done by these guys. All of the cuts, the finish work, the preciseness of the work is just so close to perfect, you just can't imagine. These guys were awesome from start to finish. They always arrived when they said they would, and they took their time and made sure that every cut was beautiful. We had some ants inside one of the walls, and they worked around the exterminator so he could perform his job. From start to finish, we just couldn't have asked for a better quality product or better workmanship. We had previously bought an exterior door, and they also installed that for us and did a wonderful job with that too.
If you are thinking about installing Hardi-Plank siding on your house be sure and check out Amazing Siding's product. It far surpasses any of the competition. They remove all the old siding, re-wrap the entire area, and then add a special layer of styrofoam insulation on top of that before adding the actual Hardi-Plank.  I'm beginning to sound like a commercial, but we couldn't be happier; and with the service we received at installation, we are sure if we ever have any problems, Amazing Siding will take care of us.

We recently purchased an older home, and one of the first upgrades we made was to replace the original aluminum windows with more energy-efficient ones.  We shopped around, checked out different companies and product lines in person, and then double-checked everything on the Internet.  After consideration, we chose Amazing Siding and Windows and the Marvin Infinity line of windows.
Throughout the process Stephen and his team were consummate professionals.  The consultation was done at our house.  Stephen brought over a number of color samples to compare with the existing colors of the house, allowing us to choose with confidence.  The quote provided was extremely reasonable, comparable to what other companies were providing (windows a bit higher, installation a bit lower).  The installation price was a bit a of surprise to be honest.  We'd heard a number of stories from people who had recently done their windows and were told installation costs were exorbitant, so much so that we had originally decided to install the windows ourselves.  Instead, we paid for installation, and after the windows were delivered on-time, Jimmy and his crew came over and did an amazing (no pun intended) job.  
Since then we''ve had to stop in periodically to pick up a few things, from additional screens to exterior trim, and we've always been treated with respect and kindness.  We really couldn't have asked for a better experience.  Amazing Siding and Windows has our full recommendation and business for years to come.
As for the windows, we're extremely satisfied with the Marvin Infinity line.  We also have the Integrity line in the house (a lesson in communication), which are also excellent, but slightly less so (the metal control mechanisms in the Infinity line just feel more robust).  As for Marvin, it was a struggle to find negative comments on the Internet.  Can't say the same about their competitors.

Amazing Siding removed and replaced siding on our cabin near Hamilton Pool.  Stephen met me on time for the job bid.  It took a week or so to get the job scheduled, and the work started about a day late.  However from there the work was done promptly & professionally.  The crew did a good job.  My only complaint on workmanship was clean-up afterwards - a lot of nails & screws were left around the cabin.  Overall though I thought they did a good job and I'm glad we hired them.
