Another AC company gave a bid for a lot of work. Altruistic did an inspection and saw that much of the work in the first bid was unnecessary. They took lots of photographs to show their work and the units are working perfectly now. I appreciate their honesty. I also appreciate the excellent communication from the moment the appointment was made.
