We called Edward in an emergency and he saved us! I called him at 5pm and he came to our rescue and had the issue resolved within 2 hours. After being without power for days and dealing with so many unhelpful people, I canâ t express how grateful we are that Edward went above and beyond (after hours) to make sure we were taken care of. I will call him anytime I have an electrical issue in the future, and recommend him 1 million percent.

Edward had installed a ceiling fan in one of our bedrooms it was working well but after a few weeks started making a few noises, I contacted Edward and he asked that I try a few things to locate the problem, when it became evident that the fan would need to be replaced, Edward quickly scheduled an appointment to replace the noise fan with a new one at no cost. I would highly recommend this business to family and friends

Edward also installed a cell signal booster, though he had not installed one before he was willing to tackle the task. I am very pleased with his work. He responds quickly via phone or text. I would recommend him for any electrical work.

My experience was not great. The bid he gave was too low. I was not told about the increase in price until after the job was complete. Another electrician looked at his work and said I was overcharged. I thought the work he performed in the electrical panel was sloppy. He was very communicative before the job (which was great) but then did not respond to my text messages after the job was finished. I should have asked more questions before I let him do the work.

Edward is fantastic and I plan on using him for a few more projects I've got in the works.

Invoice/Receipt does not indicate Herring Electrical Systems, The "From:" part of the receipt lists the electrician's name, email and phone. Other than that (I need receipt for documentation of repairs for closing on home sale), great work, quick, courteous, etc.

Edward called back 15 minutes after I contacted Home Advisors. He set up an appointment for the next day. He introduced himself and professionally installed an outlet for our dishwasher from the existing line. The pricing was $125.00 which included the service call and estimate. I am very pleased and will put Herring Electrical's name on my list for anymore electrical work.
