Our garage door for our shop wasn’t lifting up more than a couple feet and they came in, fixed it immediately for a great price! Would 10/10 recommend! Great service!!

Chris definitely knows what he is doing. Told me he's been doing this for 20+ years! He was professional - explained what was wrong with my door, how he was going to prepare it and the costs. He is very friendly as well. He talked and told jokes while he was working. He definitely is the only one on my garage door repair list.

Chris gave me a 2-hr window and showed up on time. He knew what he was doing. He immediately assessed my garage door, springs and took some measurements. Then, he worked like a pro removing both old springs and putting in a new set (he suggested replacing both at the same time). He applied some lubricant to all the moving parts on the side rails and also tightened the chain that the motor drives. All in all, he did a professional job. The garage door does seem quieter and smoother now than before. I would recommend him to others and hire him again.

I called Chris at Alliance Overhead Door, and got an immediate human contact, who provided answers to my questions, and provided me a quote over the phone for two new systems with all the features I requested plus installation plus removal and disposal. Chris showed an hour early on the appointed date (called on Sat, installed on Tue) after calling to inform me, and promptly went to work. He adjusted my garage doors on their tracks prior to installation, a $40 task for no charge(!). All I paid extra over the quote was for a $10 extension cord. Everything else was done as specified, and the new system is amazing: quiet, quiet, quiet, with motion sensing overhead lights, one keypad for both doors, two indoor keypads, and yes, there is an app for that so my wife no longer has to worry "did the door shut okay?". All said, I am very happy with the openers Chris selected for me. I am very happy with the installation. I am very happy with the cost, and the speed of service.

They are a local owner/operated business. He's a knowledgeable and friendly guy.

This is an owner-operated company. He's really knowledgeable guy. He points out what you need and what you don't need. He's really helpful. I had questions about how the system worked and he was able to help me with that. He also checked because the switch wasn't always working, so he was able to open it up and show me what was wrong.

Excellent is not a strong enough adjective to describe Chris and Alliance Overhead Door!!
Last
night, my wife came home from work around 6pm and parked her car in the
garage. 15 minutes later, we hear a BOOOMMM!! from the garage. Spring
broke in half.
I called Chris up to see if we could schedule
something, expecting him to be booked for the next week or so. He had
things scheduled the next day so instead, went out of his way to come
IMMEDIATELY and our garage door was fixed by 7:30pm! I seriously wish
there were contractors and repairmen like Chris for all other areas of
my house!!
All that to say, rest assured that if you go with Chris to work on your garage door, you're in good (and fast) hands.
BTW, Chris fixed the busted garage door that came with my newly purchased foreclosed house on the cheap 4 years ago and it's still going strong!!

Garage door spring broke last night. Could not get the garage door opened. I called Alliance this morning at 8:20 AM and they were able to meet me at my house by 9:00 AM. They fixed the spring and reattached the garage door opener arm to the garage door in under 30 minutes. Wonderful experience and fair price.
Would highly recommend to anyone needing garage door opener installation or repair. Extremely timely, professional and fast.

Arrived on time. Ismael was very professional and courteous. He answered my many questions politely and provided great service. He even oiled my squeaky doors at no charge.

Our garage door opener has not worked for several years. Whenever we had the local garage door companies come to fix it their answer was to spend $2000 dollars to replace the entire system including the garage doors. We called this company to come in from Austin on the recommendation of a friend and they said all that we needed was a new garage door opener that the doors were fine.
The technician showed up when he was supposed to, did his work like he was supposed to and the garage door works great for the first time since 2008.
