All Year is always on time and do call when they are on their way. I have used them for years and this is the third system they have put in my homes. When I moved from my condo the home inspector said that the two units installed in upstairs and downstairs closets were done correctly. He said he doesn't see that often so I was pleased.

The All Year team did amazing! During some of the coldest weather Austin has seen in some time, my furnace broke. They came the next day and diagnosed the circuit board on the furnace had gone bad (after a lengthy diagnoses - and that is a compliment, the furnace is really old). They found someone to make the circuit board needed and came back the next day to install it. I can't thank them enough for fitting us in during such a busy time and doing everything to the the system back up and running.

Everything was excellent. Then they did heating, and they re-vented the whole house, and did the air quality testing.

I want to commend this company for doing the right thing. I had All Year HA install a Trane system , duct work and a clean effects filtration system over nine years ago. I bought an extended warranty on the system and was relieved to have it as the compressor went out with months to spare! I called All Year and informed them that the compressor failed and that I would like to exercise my warranty coverage. All Year sent a technician out right away , the young man confirmed that the compressor had indeed failed and that he would need to file the necessary paperwork with Trane (recently acquired by Ingersol Rand) in order to perform the work. All Year called me back a couple of days later and informed me that I would need to pay for the work (over $1K) first as Trane's new owners were rejecting warranties wholesale using trivial technicalities such as not having proof that the unit had scheduled maintenance twice per year. I was livid! You mean to tell me that I finally purchase an extended warranty on something and now you tell me that I can't use it? All Year ,to their credit, wanted to keep me (THEIR customer) happy and did the right thing , even though they most likely will have to eat the cost of the compressor , materials and labor necessary to fix my unit. When companies step up and do the right thing , people need to hear about it and support those companies. I certainly intend to notify the regulating authorities in both Texas and DC as to Ingersol Rand's not so friendly to the consumer trade practices. Hats off to All Year though! My family and I thank you for doing the right thing!

I received a call early Friday morning with options for coming by that afternoon or a few days in the future (went with Friday afternoon).|They called when they were about 30mins out to give me notice. The repair man (forgot his name) arrived promptly, showed me what the problem was, fixed it, cleaned up and was out within the hour. |This is the 4th time we use All Year and they never disappoint - always professional, punctual, provide excellent quality and price.

Overall the service visit went well. The technician arrived on time as scheduled, was well-versed in his craft and performed the required service efficiently. HIs demeanor was courteous and professional.
Although I'm sorry to see my and quot;freeand quot; service visits come to an end, starting in 2013 (and going forward from there) I plan to sign up
for All Year's Annual Service Plan that includes two service visits per year (one for cooling in the spring and one for heating in the fall) among other program benefits that make the offer a little more attractive to a repeat customer like myself.

The first real trial for me with this company came in August in 1998, when we were on vacation, out of state, and our house sitter called to tell us our ac had stopped working. We called All Year from our vacation spot in Michigan and asked them to check out our ac asap...and they did!
They had it up and running within a few hours. We have stayed with them ever since. We weren't charged an emergency fee, and I didn't feel taken advantage of.
I call that a rare find in today's world. Trust worthy.

I received a prompt call-back from a helpful guy who talked me through a decision about whether to have him come out that evening (more expensive) or on a Saturday (slightly less expensive). He was extremely knowledgeable and patient with my questions. We chose Saturday for several reasons (easier to work when it isn't dark, we could work around the problem that evening). He showed up when he said that he would on Saturday morning and did a great job of fixing the system. He was thorough, clearly knows his stuff, and terrific to work with. After a disappointing set of service calls with our former HVAC company, I've been looking for a new HVAC company and plan to keep using All Year.

They were fine. I didn't have any complaints. They were thorough and cleaned up well. The company came out to fix a faulty component of the compressor. It was a fan or something that needed to be replaced. I would have never known about it if they didn't tell me. I appreciated it. They made the appointment, came out, and fixed it.

All Year's sales person was very good in providing details about and helping make use of the Austin Energy program and also very responsive in providing Manual J load calculations at the customer's request (All Year's owner apparently did the Manual D duct layout and sizing calculations for the upstairs system, and they have proven to be accurate and the upstairs duct system is performing well). The proposal provided took a couple of iterations to get what I wanted but their efforts to get the details down were appreciated. The initial data gathering for the HVAC and ductwork sizing calculations was the most thorough by far of all the HVAC contractors I contacted in order to receive bids on the job. Getting these details is absolutely critical for getting a properly sized system that performs as expected. For a job of this size, nothing ever goes perfectly, and of course there were some bumps in the road regarding a few things (mostly involving communication with sales involving getting a list of installation issues corrected to customer satisfaction and wrapped up to completion), but the overall installation and the equipment (Trane) is of high quality. I completely reaped the benefits of the new systems and the improved weatherization during the bad cold snap in February during a 13-hour power outage, and again now that the weather is warming up and requiring A/C usage. Kudos to Lee Duke, Larry Newbie (sp?) and the installation team(s). Biggest pluses: great equipment, very good installation team that worked long and hard to make everything right to customer satisfaction. Biggest minus: needs to improve communication(s) with customer during and after installation and also during the followup inspection (etc.) that was required by Austin Energy program. Recommendation: All Year should designate a specific person as "point man" or main communications conduit for the entire process and make sure the customer knows who it is and how to reach them. I will be using All Year for their continued maintenance of my systems, and would use them again for a future installation. p.s. I am a tough grader. An overall grade of "B" from me is more like an "A" from most people.

As usual it went very well. All Year called ahead and told me the technician was on his way and got here at the time of my appointment. Marc Harbison was my technician today and he was very professional. He put his tools on an old throw rug that I had set down for that purpose and he covered his shoes with cloth slippers before coming in. Before he left I was given a detailed report on both my units. I have used this company for over 5 years and have always been pleased.
