This repair was requested in the middle of a major kitchen remodel and the fact that Tom Kam was able to assess the situation and do the drawings that night and Robert came within two days and completed the work really meant a lot to me as it didn't interfere with the remodeling progress.  It was also really important that they found a way to fix the problem without having to disturb the framing and HVAC work which had just been completed.  Both the Tom (the engineer) and Robert (All-In-One Foundation) couldn't have been more professional and accommodating.

Robert Wright was our contact with All In One. He was very responsive to all our questions during our bid evaluation and was easy to deal with during the repair process. His work crew were very proficient and completed their tasks quickly. They encountered limestone rock after about four feet of digging which necessitated drilling core samples in two locations to be sure the rock depth was adequate to support the pier beams without digging further. The decision to dig no further was in accordance with the structural engineering firm review.

They were great. Robbie Knight was the overseer and he is fantastic. Odon was the man in charge of the work. He was great, too. We could not believe how quickly Odon and his crew worked! And the work is top-notch. We had an engineer come and look at the work and he was impressed. We didn't get another estimate, but All in One was worth hiring even if they were more expensive (which, again, I don't know if it is true or not). They were recommended to us by our Realtor- yet another reason we love her!

Executive summary: I chose these guys because they said they could start immediately and be done in a week and a half, and they were willing to offer a five-year warranty. The job took a MONTH and a half, the house still isn't level in places, and the warranty only covers parts of the work. Block and pad piers, for instance, are only covered for one year. Long version: After hiring them, they waited a week to start. Two weeks into the job, they'd replaced the beams and joists and told me they needed another payment. After I gave them the check, they promptly stopped working on my house again. A few days later, they called to tell me that their proposal wasn't up to code (these guys have been in business for ten years) and instead of block and pad piers, they had to do all sonotube to be in conformance with city codes. They sent me a new estimate $2000 higher than what was in the contract and assured me that all the work would be done at the end of the following week. Three weeks later, they leveled the house. I think it was around that time that they cut through my sewer pipe. Around the end of September, they finally installed the skirting. I had to go around and around with them about getting the sewer pipe fixed (which they eventually did) and getting the parts of the house still not level made level (after a month and a half of working on my home off and on, they told me after an hour of looking at those areas that they couldn't be made level). They offered no discount and argued with me every time I tried to get them to take responsibility for any of the things that went wrong with this job, while also constantly pressuring me to write them further checks outside the schedule laid out in the contract. When I asked to see the terms of the warranty and the final elevations (which, it turns out, are fictional anyway) before making my final payment, they threatened me with a lien. I paid them the amount specified by my contract with them and no more, and I still think I got robbed.
