They didn't do what they said they would do. They did get the squirrels out but it looks terrible where they cut it out. They just put some caulking on it so I'm going to have to have it redone. The chimney cap didn't fit and there were holes that they didn't caulk from the old one. Water came in and ruined my interior wall. I have left messages and they haven't responded. He cost me more money.

I was researching chimney sweeps and almost went with this company. They had not been reviewed on Angies List. I searched reviews on google and found them -- very good reviews. Submitted by the same people (for the two separate names the business goes by). Two of these "people" had two reviews listed in google -- this business and a psychic palm reader. What are the odds? They also reviewed the competition who also had good reviews except for the single stars given by ACE's reviewers. Search google reviews yourself -- Autin Expert Chimney Sweeps and All American Chimney Sweeps. To me this demonstrates that these are unethical people and should be avoided.

"How can I control how people rate me or the competition? People post fake or mean spirited reviews online daily. For an individual to accuse the business owner of these acts is reckless. If I wrote said reviews for myself and my competition they would have been deleted by google. They would be deleted for having the same ip address. You can not rate the performance of a business if they were never even hired. I have thousands of clients that would gladly give a positive reviews for work done by my company. Those reviews are the ones that should really count. Reviews should be based on facts not someone jumping to a conclusion or opinion."
