AIRCOM AIR CONDITIONING & HEATING

He arrived early and within minutes had a bid ready and gave me what was a very honest assessment of my system. He had a written bid emailed to me immediately and stayed late to answer my dozens of questions.

Miike was referred by my home protection plan...fidelity national home warranty which I cannot praise enough. He was on time, knew what he was doing and got it done ...one time..and the right way. I couldn't ask for anyone better. We have since used him on our rental properties with the same results. The insurance company paid so I cant comment on the price, but in making calls other places were com0parable for what needed to be done.

They were very accommodating on the time I could meet with them. Nice and professional. I will use them again. The price was about the same as another bid I received from another company. Glad I used Aircom

It went very well for us. I would recommend them. They were methodical and professional. They were very good at explaining how to turn things on and off and what changes they made so there's a lot of transparency. They were very punctual. They came out when they said they were gonna come out. They were on time.

I came back from a trip to discover the AC was completely out. The representatives from AIRCOM AIR CONDITIONING and HEATING were able to determine the damaged part. At the time the Air unit was not working at all. The representative was very professional and punctual with his service and successfully solved my problem. Most important the representative was able to come out on a Sunday which was critical.

Our airconditioning stopped blowing cool air and we noticed that the compressor unit outside wasn't kicking on when the air started blowing. We called AirCom on Monday at 6pm and the AirCom tech, Mike, was onsite at 6:30pm. Amazing responsiveness! On arriving, and after explaining what had happened, he quickly had the outside unit apart and noticed that the fan motor had blown out. In order to ensure this was the only problem (not simply jumping to the conclusion that the compressor was also broken), he spent about 30 minutes cooling the actual compressor unit with our hose to enusre that it was still working. It was, so the only components needing repair were the burned out fan motor and the capacitor it took with it. Mike immediately got to work after I gave him the go-ahead on the cost and we had cool air in the house again by 8:30pm. Mike was exceptionally polite and courteous, and he gave us a courtesy check on our system pressure just to make sure everything was OK, and it was there were no other issues. I feel like the price was slightly high, but I'm not an expert and given the service experience and quality, these guys are worth it. I will certainly use them again for my A/C service needs.

The experience I had with this company was very bad; they actually broke environmental laws by releasing Freon into the air. I really did not like that at all, and I would not ever think about using this company again. I don t think anyone else should use them either, after doing something like that.
