Extremely pleased with the attention and thoroughness provided by the technician.

when i was finally able to set up the appointment, he came by and was very polite and cordial. he did a thorough inspection of the system and said it was all fine.  the system however malfunctioned about a month later, and a part of it blew up and caught on fire.  the a/c went out and it was very hot so i called him for help that morning.  i didn't hear from him until that evening.  in the meantime i ended up calling a different a/c repair company, and i'm using them from now on.

Eric arrived on time and performed in a courteous and professional manner.  He seemed knowledgeable about A/C and heater systems.  No significant problems were found with our equipment but I wouldn't hesitate to call him should we need any repairs in the future.

Eric was EXCEPTIONAL!   After working with another AC vendor, it was so refreshing to have Eric quickly assess and fix the problem. There certainly was very marked difference in his approach compared to theirs with regard to customer service and problem resolution.  Eric?s ability to explain and solve the issue with exceptional speed is superior.  His competence, professionalism, and customer care are at the very top of the chart!! I am so glad I contacted him and I am extremely satisfied!

That worked out fine. They were timely, informative and did what they said they would do. No issues occurred. The quality of work was very good.

The A/C stopped working. I contacted him by email. He responded the same day and came over to check it out. He found that the motor was bad. He said it might have to be replaced. But he tried and made it spin and it worked. He said if it stopped again we should turn off the unit and call him. After he left it stopped working and I let him know. The next day he came with the new motor and had it replace. My husband asked if the freon was low. He checked and said the freon was good. He told us the freon will not get lower unless there's a leak. Since there was no leak there wouldn't be any problem with low freon. He answered all my question professionally and honestly. His charge is reasonable. He instructed me of how I could do maintenance by myself to save on service cost. I finally found A/C company that I can trust and I won't go anywhere else.

The service I got from Air Movement was fine. They came in and they cleaned everything. They talked to me about what needed to be done, as far as some additional things that I didn't have. They were great. They were very thorough in what they were doing.

Eric was according to my wife very professional & thorough. He took photos of the coil in the attic to show potential problems that might occur in the future. I would reccomend him to others.

My A/C unit had not been cooling for a few days so I bought a coupon from
AIR MOVEMENT. He was very booked up but was so nice to come to the house
at 9pm at night. He spent an hour blowing out the line and rechecking the unit.

Our thermostat failed, we called Eric, scheduled a time, he moved us up (which was good for us), he arrived on time, did the work, and we have heat!
