They put in some shower glass for us, a single pane.  They were great to deal with, the guy giving the quote did the work, which is always nice.  There was a short delay ascribed to their glass supplier, but they communicated well and we were happy with the job, we'd use them again for sure.

They did a great job syncing up with our tenant to have the window fixed.  In fact, they came out and measured first before ordering the glass.  This company was the only one that actually responded. Most companies won't drive out to Elgin, Tx because it is too far from Austin.

Initially I called Clint Fischer from Avalon glass as well as emailed him via his website. After two days I tried to call again and he picked up and I told him what I needed done. I told him I was available on the 19th and about to give him my address but he asked me to call him in fifteen minutes as he was on the road. I called back in fifteen minutes and got the answering machine I repeated when, what needed to be done and where and ask him to call me back. He called me the next day and agreed to come out on the 19th but gave no specific time. He said he would call me an hour before he showed up. I tried to call on the 18th to confirm but the mailbox for his cell phone was full. I sent an email reminding him of our appointment as well as the address again but he did not send an email in return. I tried repeatedly to call on the 19th to get an idea as to when he would be arriving but he never answered any of the calls and his mailbox was still full. Regardless of what his excuse is he at the very minimum should have called to cancel our agreed upon appointment. His lack of responsiveness is poor and very unprofessional.

Avalon came out and installed a 3"x6" frameless shower enclosure when we remodeled our master bath in Oct. 2011.
Initially, other than having trouble with a large towel bar staying glued to one of the glass shower walls the new shower has been awesome. We have not had any problems with the new shower since the towel bar was firmly attached.
About four months ago we started having problems with the top of the glass shower door rubbing/hitting the top of the glass shower wall. So, we are not able to open the door outward but only inward into the shower, which makes it a little awkward to turn on the water to have it warm up. Therefore, the door doesn't close completely and stays slightly ajar.
At first, the scariest part was when we would forget about the problem and the door would automatically swing close and bang on the glass wall. So, we pretty much have to hold onto the door to make sure it doesn't close too fast.
I sent Clint several emails asking him to come out and take a look at the problem but I didn't get any timely responses or any responses at all. I called him a couple of times. The first time he said he would take a look at his calendar and give me a call be, which he never did. The second time, he said he was open the whole day and would make it out, only to never show or call.
We feel like we have been very patient with Clint, which is why I haven't posted any negative reviews on him.
However, we have decided to call other glass companies to give us estimates to come out and fix the problem at our expense.
So, contrary to the statement on Avalon's website, they do NOT guarantee their work.
I would suggest looking for a more reputable glass company.

Called and got my desk measured for a custom fit glass top. Clint came to my house and measured it for me, described the options for finished the edges, etc. I paid upfront and the glass was ready a couple weeks later. He came back to install the glass on the desk, cleaning it completely before it went onto the desk. Overall, a very easy process.

These guys were really good. Not only did they replace the broken mirror, but they cut it and left it with us to be used in another location in the house.

The really listened to what I needed, and gave me some good advice. They gave me a quote and the price was very acceptable. This company is run by two brothers, and they are so nice, so helpful.

They made such professional suggestions, that my bathroom is so much nicer.

Clint did a great job installing a new frameless shower door in our master bathroom. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional, advising us on the various options and responding to our calls promptly. The price was also reasonable. Would highly recommend his work!

They did everything on my schedule, were prompt and professional.

They were very thorough and removed the mirror. They also carefully and properly installed our new mirror on the wall. They ensured it was secure.

Clint had the best price in town.  He was very prompt at returning phone calls, and when I was ready to have the service performed, he worked around my schedule to meet him at his shop to drop off the frames.  He got my door replaced ahead of schedule and delivered it for free.  Next time I need glass or mirror work, I won't waste my time looking elsewhere, Clint will get my business.

Although it it took awhile for Clint to actually install the enclosure (due to unforeseen vehicle problems), he was always good at returning calls and keeping me informed of the schedule. When he finally came to install the enclosure, Clint and his team were in and out in about 2 hours. Overall, we love the look of the new shower!

Overall it went very well. Glass was not installed on the original date quoted, but Clint kept us informed as to when the install would finally take place. Very professional.

Clint show up the same day to give me a quote. He placed the order for the mirror right after he left, and he was able to show up the next day and install it in less than an hour. Great service and great price - I would highly recommend Avalon Glass Specialists to anyone.

Clint and Avalon Glass came out and replaced some floor to ceiling windows that had a blown seal. They replaced 3 windows 2 in frame and 1 in a sliding door along with replacing the wheels. They did a great job and I have recommended them to a few people already and will work with them in my next house very soon.

The experience went great! They were in and out with no hassel, no leaks afterwards, did not have to call them back to fix anything, the whole experience was great. Very knowledgeable and up front about everything.
