Agents Roofing

Perfectly. The crew came out mid-morning and was done before 6:00 pm. They were on time and did great quality work. Also, caulked up an area that was causing water leaks but not due to roof damage. James was extremely knowledgeable about all matters concerning the roof and also matters concerning insurance claims and filings. He took the time to make sure I understood exactly what they were going to do. I couldn't have gotten through this repair without his support and expertise.

We were very pleased with the whole process of repairing our roof. First, James came out and gave us a well-informed and professional estimate. Once we closed the house, we called upon his team to perform the work, and they showed up on time, fixed the issues efficiently and left the job site clean. I appreciated that an invoice came to us electronically and we were able to pay online, which is unusual for the contractors we have worked with in other trades. We plan to reach out to Agents Roofing any time we have roof issues in the future.

Very well. I contacted James Brandon because I knew him to be straight forward and reliable because he had done a roof repair for me earlier. Since then, he had started his own company. I had shopped around for prices with other companies before calling him, and the price he quoted me was substantially less. Everything about the entire process was clear, easy and exactly as presented to me when I was given the contract. He started and finished precisely on schedule and met with me afterwards for a walk through. I was impressed with the quality of workmanship to which the attached pictures attest, and additionally impressed and grateful that James repaired a damaged part of the roof border that was not part of the deal. James is a very good guy. He was always easy to contact and very personable. I would use him again without question and would recommend him highly to others.

James was very responsive and explained everything very well. There was only one added cost to the estimate - for new flashing around the chimney (so it would not start leaking). One new vent turbine was installed in the wrong location, but James quickly got it moved and fixed. Agents Roofing did a great job!

Everything went very smoothly and the new roof and rain gutters look great! The area where I live has a Neighborhood Association and everything has to be replaced with the original existing colors. Agent's Roofing was able to match the colors exactly!!!

James initially came out to carefully inspect the roof area where we had a leak problem. He prepared a detailed proposal of the work to be performed. James and crew showed up on time and performed all work noted in the proposal. Several things that I see differentiating James and his company from others (the others usually start off by saying "I can get you a new roof") is that he never pressured me or tried to sell me a new roof, only noting the work that really needed to be performed. The price was fair and James oversaw the entire installation. I'll call James again when we need any future roofing work.

It went excellent. They were ultra responsive, very very accommodating and extremely professional. Besides already have a great quote, they worked with me on customizing it a bit, basically upgrading and they kept me informed through the entire process. They found some "issues" while they were repairing my roof and discussed with me and had several options already laid out and available prior to our discussion. Very prompt and extremely diligent. They started work at 7am and stayed well past 7pm daily.

We had a great experience with Agents Roofing. We were working with James. He was very professional and certainly knows what he is doing. The crew was fast and just did a great job all around. We would recommend them to everyone.

From start to completion everything was very professional. They met with my insurance company & helped me through the whole process. I would use them again & recommend them highly.
