AFFORDABLE CLEANING, INC

I have had them for about 3 months now. The crew changed after 3 cleanings. That crew was the best. Ever since I am struggling to get them to understand what is going on. The second crew that came , didn't understand single word I said. I was using gestures to make them understand. I called the owner immediately.  No response. They came next time and were supposed to work for 4 hours. Stopped working after 3 hrs. My mom called to my office and told me , these guys are leaving. When I tried to talked to the guy on the crew. He said he is done and he is leaving. I came home and appalled to see the house was dirty. I called the owner again. The owner doesn't reply calls or messages. When i finally got him on the phone, he told me he had no other crew, as I requested him to send someone who can atleast understand what I am saying. And said he would call back. he never did. I called again after a week. Lucky me , got him on the phone. he kept me on the phone and started looking at other crew members who can come. After 15 mins of me staying on the line and him searching , I suggested that may be he should call back with possible options. he said he will call back after 10 mins. Guess what.. I still haven't heard from him. This was last week. I am discontinuing with this company. I personally don't like to give bad reviews. But I wanted to this time.

The price was great, and for the first half of the year, the service was mostly good. This was when we had the same two cleaners each week, and they came about the time we needed. They also did a good basic service but didn't do baseboards or cabinet fronts. After that time though, cleaners would come several hours late (we have a large indoor dog & so we needed to be there when they came) or not show or not call, and some items got broken. Eventually, I got very frustrated with their customer service and didn't schedule them again.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY THREE TIMES NOW IN THE LAST TWO YEARS. I AM VERY WELL PLEASED WITH THE OVERALL SERVICE, THE PROMPTNESS WHEN THEY RETURN MY CALL TO CONFIRM THE APPOINTMENT.
