They installed a imitation slate roof. They used pickup contractors and did an awful job resulting in numerous leaks. They tried making corrections with other contractors but could never recover from the poor installation. They eventually agreed to a settlement to refund my money but it has been over five months and i have never been able to collect a single cent. Beware and do not believe any promises

I would rate Project Manager Tyler Musgrave a 6 on the 1 to 5 scale. He came to look at my roof problem the next morning after I had contacted Affluent Exteriors at 10 pm the previous night. Tyler is very knowledgeable and a good communicator. He determined that my brand of roof tiles were not available in Austin. It was possible that the manufacturer had gone out of business. Tyler didn't stop there. He was able to track down the manufacturer in Arizona and ordered a set of replacement tiles. Once the tiles arrived, he and his team arrived at my house on time and completed the work quickly. I now have some spare tiles in case I have another roof problem. Affluent Exteriors did a great job. A previous roofing company had used some tiles that did not fit with my existing tiles.

These folks did a real nice job fixing about 30 tiles on my roof that had been cracked by hail. These are people that really care about the quality of the services they provide. They are in business for the long-haul. I highly recommend them. Great value for the money.
