Ken Addis is an exceptional find in a world of service companies. He is one of those companies that you refer out with word of mouth constantly because of his work-ethic, work- standard, as well as ease of scheduling too.

Owner Ken Addis was exceptional!  Though he usually works in Austin, he agreed to come to San Antonio to clean our carpets after holiday company had left it a mess.  He arrived promptly, was very professional, and cleaned our carpet so well, it looked as good as when first installed several years prior!  In fact, he cleaned my carpet better than any other name-brand steam carpet cleaner companies ever did and was by far, much more reasonable!  He took extra precautions that I've never seen any other carpet cleaning company take before -using plastic corner barriers to prevent his hoses from marring the corners of rooms!  This was in addition to using the disposable shoe covers, of course.  I'd recommend Addis Carpet Cleaning to anyone and will be calling this company for all of my future carpet, upholstered furniture, and tile and grout cleaning needs!

We recently purchased a house. The carpets where terribly dirty with stains, gum , etc... I had no idea if we would even keep them but my budget was such that I had to see if we could save them. Addis was a recommendation from a friend. I called to make an appointment. I received a call back shortly after. We set a date for the cleaning. They showed up on time.
