Estimate was provided the day after I called and the work was completed a couple of days after that. The leaks were found and patched and a roof walkover was performed and all of the vents verified and resealed if necessary. Prompt, courteous and efficient. Photos provided of all areas of work performed.

After various hail storms this spring, we developed leak in our roof and I called a handful of roofers to get bids on a repair. Acura Roofing was the first to send someone out and little did we know that they would be the most honest one of the bunch!
Of 6 roofers contacted, 4 tried to upsell me a whole new roof and file an insurance claim; one of those didn't even have the courtesy of telling me what price would charge and would only talk directly to my insurance agent. Acura was one of the 2 that said our roof actually had plenty of life left and only needed repairs and maintenance, and not replacement. This was confirmed when the insurance adjuster came to check. Of the two who recommended repairs, Acura was the only one organized enough to produce a quote. The other had lost our paperwork somewhere in the process.
By the time everyone had looked at the roof, Acura's quote had expired. When I contacted them by email, they kindly honored the original price and were able to put us on their schedule for the next week. Acura was quite timely when communicating by either telephone or email.
We really appreciate Acura Roofing's honesty -- the cost of the repairs they completed was significantly less than our deductible for replacing the entire roof. We highly recommend Acura Roofing without reservation!

Patrick Moran and his crew were exceptionally professional, friendly, efficient and conscientious about the quality of the work. I received bids from 4 or 5 different roofing companies; all were within the same ballpark. Acura Roofing's bid was not the lowest, but I felt better about the quality of materials he included in his proposal and was very impressed with his responsiveness to my questions and his company's emphasis on excellent customer service before, during and after the sale.

The actual work began early in the day and was performed by a large crew that worked together with amazing coordination. I don't think I've ever seen so many skilled workmen on one project that all seemed to know what needed to be done and each member of the team was busy from beginning to end.

Once the new roof was on, the crew split up to perform clean-up work and I didn't find a single loose nail, scrap of old shingle, or any other debris after they left. The entire job was completed in a single day.

I highly recommend Acura Roofing and I will call Patrick Moran again if I ever need any roofing work done in the future.

I had the roof repaired Acura Roofing in Jan due to wind damage. Then along comes Feb wind damaged. At that time the entire roof was damaged to the point my insurance company said the entire roof needed to be replaced. My house is only 5 years old. Patrick, owner of Acura Roofing, explained as did the adjuster that I needed to put a 30 yr. roof on if I didn't want to have it fixed from wind damage again. A house just a few doors away has had their roof repaired 4 times since November. Patrick helped get the claim approved with my insurance company. Once all was settled with the insurance company I had the 30 yr. roof put on. They came at 7 AM put tarps down, removed the old roof and tar paper, worked until the roof was finished. It was completed in one day. The employees were great were very careful with clean up. Fantastic job guys. If you can call a roof beautiful this one is. Best roof in the neighborhood for looks and it will stand up against the next wind storm.

Acura Roofing's work was completed promptly and did not require that I was at home during the repair. The replaced shingles were closely matched to the original.

I had a leak in my roof neat the chimney, which I had enlisted the help of another firm to fix and they were not able to help me after two tries. Patrick from Acura came out and said that because someone else had tried, he couldn't guaranty that he could get it fixed, I asked him to do his best. Over two years later now I still have had no recurrence of the leak. I couldn't be more thrilled.

In the middle of selling our home, hail damage was discovered. Our realtor recommended Patrick, who came over and bid the job that day, so we could begin the insurance claim process. He worked with our insurance, and made sure that a small shed (also damaged) was roofed to match. (I never would have thought of it) It was a very trying time for us as we were bouncing between two insurance companies while trying to keep the sale moving. He was stunningly patient, the roof looked great, and the clean up was excellent.

Patrick was helpful and responsive, and answered all my questions before and after the work. His company appears devoted to doing quality work. Patrick was able to schedule the work within my narrow time constraints. He advised in choosing the shingle color, and dropped off sample boards for me to judge in person. He was also able to give good advice regarding shingle quality and attic ventilation. On the day of job, there was a last-minute rush as they discovered that a skylight was cracked and that a drip edge needed to be installed, which weren't noticed during the initial inspection. However, they were still able to finish the work within the day. They also did a good job in removing the roofing debris afterward. The result looks very good and appears to be a high-quality job. They made a mistake in measuring the length of the ridge vent to be installed, but after I noticed the problem, Patrick reduced the bill more than necessary to fix the error.
