The work went well Maston at Ace Roofing was very responsive and I had a very good experience working with them. Would definitely rehire and recommend to others.

The work went very well and efficient by takine one day to replace the whole roof as damanged by hails. Maston Naslund as the project manager is very professional, communicative and responsive to all issues. Given I'm remotely located, some unexpected curveball occurred on my side but Manston helped a lot on weathering through all the issues and working with me to make things work out very well at the end! Great work and great pleasure to work with!

Bill Sprauer was terrific. He came highly recommended by a neighbor. He noticed a loose gutter and fixed that before he looked at the area of the roof that was leaking. He repaired the leaky area on the spot with sealant but did not want to charge me the minimum cost of several hundred dollars for such a small repair. He will have my business when I replace my roof.

The job went very well, only taking one day, and the new roof looks great! Bill Sprauer, the project manager, was very prompt and communicative, and kept me aware of things on a timely basis. On his first visit, he was able to detect wind and hail damage, and let me know that the cost would be likely covered by my homeowner's insurance. I am grateful for that because I saved on much of the out-of-pocket costs. Bill also informed me about the insurance process. He made me very comfortable about the materials to be used, the options available, the work to be performed, and provided me a good idea of what to expect. He also gave me a fair deal on other items that I felt needed attention up on the roof. The crew did an excellent job of cleaning up my yard after they were done. Bill also met with me for a follow up visit the following day. I feel confident about going with the 30-year Owens Corning dimensional shingles, am very satisfied with their look. Overall, it was an excellent experience with Ace Roofing, and I also recommend having Bill as your PM.

Adjustor (Adam Graham) came out and looked and recommended I contact my insurance company. He met the insurance guy and walked the roof with him. I got a quote that worked well with my insurance to minimize costs. They came out an promptly installed a new roof. Cleaned as they worked. They made a few changes I appreciated. they put a ridge vent in over the garage and repaired gutters on the side (including ripping out an old satellite mount and putting a new section up). They could not fix the gutters right away as their contractor was busy. I did have to ping them one time, but they came out and replaced extra gutters including the most visible ones out front. Very professional and easy to work with. They left no debris (or nails!)

Great experience! Adam Graham is awesome! Outstanding customer service - professional yet very personable. Great response time to everything. Insurance claim was handled with no problems. Roof looks great! We even had a request for a last-minute repair (not covered by insurance), and Adam designated a worker to complete the job at a very reasonable cost. Look no further if you're looking for a roofing company!

Most providers don't want to do the smaller jobs, they try to get you to replace all of your gutters. These guys were great, came right in and got the job done.

Horribly! Wrong roof installed. Project manager made decisions without my knowledge. Roof installed not aligned. Drip line, rain diverter not replaced. Requested ridge vent, but informed can't go on my roof, which was a lie. The drip line given a neighbor. Clean up not existent. Nails left in alley, yard, steps, plants damaged. Roof material found in recycling bin. Not quality work or professionally done. Cost exactly as insurance claim cost. After complaining, new roof and other items installed and clean up completed. Quite an ordeal! Not trustworthy...and insistent that I smile when work was completed.

Ok. They moved the date forward unexpectedly & made it hectic for us, but we wanted to get over with. They left cut off tree limbs & that was disappointing, we contact them & they just don't do that. N

Coby the project manager is fantastic. We had a leak in our roof and 3 contractors were not able to fix the leak. Coby was tenacious in finding the cause of the leak and in getting it repaired. He did not charge extra for additional time needed to get the job done. He is so friendly and polite and punctual in responding to texts. I wish I could deal with more contractors like Coby.

Paul Schaefer did my estimate. He also sold Ace's service to two neighbors needing roof work after this hailstorm.  He was always very responsive.  He did consult the Homeowner's Association and kept me and the HOA updated on progress.  My roor repair came with a 5 year warranty.   I did require repair of a buckled portion about 6 months after the initial replacement.
Mr. Schaefer answered all my questions promptly and courteously.   As Austin, Texas is often overrun by hail storms that don't affect the whole city, I surely will consult Ace Roofing again.

I received multiple quotes to replace my hail damaged roof and Ace Roofing stood out from the beginning.  Brad, who initially responded to my quote request, saw me through the whole process.  He was extremely responsive, personable and easy to reach, handled the permit process and worked directly with my insurance agency to make sure I was compensated for all damages. As a first time homeowner who has never made an insurance claim, this was so helpful to me.  Brad never came off as a salesman and didn't try to upsell me anything I didn't need.
My roof was replaced within 2 weeks of the quote and despite needing some extras (decking, flashing, tree trimming, gutter reattachment), I didn't pay one penny more that what I agreed to at the start of the process, nor did charging for extras even come up at all. Bob and the team onsite were extremely professional, took care to protect my landscaping and left the job site spotless.  The entire job (over 3000 sq ft of roof) was completed in one day and wrapped up before 5pm due to the team's punctuality, quick start, hard work and efficiency.  They even disposed of a collection of unused satellite dishes that will no longer be an eyesore of top of my house.

The company put a new updated roof with a 25 to 30 year life expectancy. He used composite shingles and replaced and painted the flashings where it was needed. The owner was very pleasant, professional and responsive to questions. He went above and beyond the "call of duty" when I needed information about materials. He provided me information about the process and he kept me abreast of things. I would definitely refer others to him!  Two thumbs up!!

I just had my roof replaced by Ace Roofing last month and I am happy to say it was a really great experience specifically because of Brad Farr, my project manager, and the job he and his great crew did on my roof.  I was also completely impressed by the extra mile Brad went in working with me and my insurance company in getting the job done! 
 
My luck had all been bad with my roof in the past few years and I was in need of either an extensive repair or a new roof. I had had the roof replaced once before by a fly-by-night crew that left an absolute mess.  This time I was determined to do it right. I had multiple roofing companies come out but Brad's company was the only one that was genuinely interested in doing only what was necessary to get me taken care of correctly.  Brad inspected my roof, took pictures, showed me the results and we went from there.  He met personally with my insurance company representative during their inspection of my roof and they agreed with Brad completely about the course of action to take and my roof was replaced instead of repaired.  
My house is around 2,400 square feet, with a 4,000 square foot roof which is steeply sloped on two sides.  His crew came out as promised early in the morning of day one and by the middle of day two the job was completed and I had a new roof!!  Several other houses on my cul-de-sac had roofs replaced as well because of the hail and wind storms of April and May of this year and I can absolutely say that I wouldn't have taken the finished products of any of my neighbors new roofs over the job Brad and his people did for me.  I have never have I had a company work so h****** my family's behalf.
 
Ace Roofing knows the roofing business .... period.  If you need a good reliable company working for you to get through a roofing problem, do yourself a favor and call Brad and his company and I'm confident you'll feel as positive as I do about this great roofing company.

Kelton, the representative assigned to us was absolutely fantastic!  He was always on time and extremely helpful in choosing the right color of shingle for our house.  During his initial visit he inspected the roof and gutters so as to give us an accurate cost for replacement.  He explained to us everything that his company would do and the type of shingles that he recommended and why.   He made three other trips to bring different colored shingles for us to place onto our roof to be certain the color woud look good. He was always accommodating and good spirited.  He presented the proposal to us and we accepted.  He scheduled his crew to come on August 18, 2015 in the morning.  They did not show until noon because their previous job took a little longer than anticipated.  Kelton called to let us know that they would be late.  Once the crew started working on our house, they worked hard and long hours to complete the job in 2 1/2 days.  This is a big house.  We were mpressed.  There were a few things that we noted after the crew was gone.  We called Kelton, he was at our house the next day and had a workman come on Sunday to make the repairs.  He did a great job and the repairs were done well!  The clean up while roofing was takig place and after completion was also very good.  I can not say enough good things about this company and Kelton.  He made this a smooth and painless process and we are very pleased with the final product.  Thank You, Kelton!  Thank You Ace Roofing!

Keith and Coby from Ace did a great job going above and beyond to get a job finished on time.  The owner also called to check in on job progress, which I really appreciate.   All in all a great company.

I hired the company to come out to repair my roof from storm damage. Once they came out to look at the roof  I was notified that the chimney needed some repair work also. The first appointment for the estimate with the company they showed up late. They sat in front of my drive way for some time and they were talking on the phone and I had to eventually go out to see if it was the person there to give an estimate or someone else.  He then went up and looked at roof and provided an estimate for the roof repair and to repair the chimney. I was told that it would take some time for them to start the repairs because they were busy and I was fine with that. I was told that I would be phoned to be notified as to when the the possibly appointment would be available. I then came home on the following Monday to a worker on my roof and working on the chimney. I had not signed a contract and was not notified that the work would be started. The worker had already taken off all the siding on the chimney and and starting the repairs on the chimney. On Wednesday I came home from work and they had the hardy board up on chimney and had already started painting. I was able to notice that the job did not look professional or correct. I could see large clumps of caulking on the shingles. Upon looking at the roof they had put white caulking on my dark shingles and on the nail heads. The caulk didn't match the color of the shingles. I have white caulking on the top of my shingles from where they didn't feather in the new shingles and they just put large clumps caulk to cover where they thought it might leak in the future. When I contacted the company to have them come out and fix the problems and they were very argumentative towards me. I am now going to have to hire another company to come out to fix the original problem and now the new problems left by this company.
