Ace Limousine Service

It was great experience. Michael the driver really great , the car was nice and the service was prompt. They were flexible with the time and reasonably priced.

Absolutely NOT worth your money.
My best friend is getting married in July, and for the weekend of her shower, we planned a winery tour in the hill country. The day started off nicely, our driver was extremely polite and well mannered - the *only* high point to this company as far as I'm concerned. The limo showed up on time, although it was rather rough around the edges, with peeling paint and radios that didn't function at 100%, but we weren't complaining about that. We immediately got on the road, with only 7 people (which, btw, filled up the limo that was supposed to seat 10), and found out pretty quickly that the car had such awful shocks and low clearance that we scraped bottom at even the smallest incline. Even this only produced some laughs throughout the day - we were in good spirits.
The real fun started when we left Fredericksburg after our last winery to head back to Round Rock, where we started (95 miles). Approximately 10 minutes down the road, the scrape plate on the bottom of the limo fell off, which immediately led to one of the rear tires exploding. At this point, we definitely had a problem.
We pulled over onto the (nonexistent) shoulder, which basically left us mostly in the right lane of a fast moving highway with cars and trucks speeding around us. The driver attempted to contact the main office for instructions and AAA for assistance, neither of which were helpful. The 7 of us piled out of the car and onto the side of the road to wait. After unsuccessfully trying numerous times to reach the owner of the company, the driver gave up and began searching the truck for a jack and a spare. Ha. The spare was actually a donut. And the jack wasn't rated for the weight of the car. In the process of trying to lift the car, it fell, narrowly missing the drivers hands, as well as those of the State Trooper who had pulled over at this point to help us. Luckily, he had a much larger jack in his car and was able to lift the car to put the donut on. At which point all of us began to wonder at the safety of putting 7 passengers, a driver, our stuff and the weight of the car on a donut that looked more appropriate for a small sedan.
We eventually got in touch with and quot;Aceand quot;. Apparently the owner. And, as if the story above wasn't enough, Ace made things even better! When we expressed our concerns about riding another 90 miles back to Round Rock on an unsafe tire, he suggested that we all search our purses for a full size spare that was more appropriate. When we explained how that might be a little unlikely, his only other suggestion was to walk.
So, here's what ended up happening: three people went back with the Limo - this was the safest number that the Trooper and two other Sherriff's officers felt comfortable with - to Round Rock, driving 50 mph the whole way. It took nearly 3 hours *after* we finally got off the side of the road. Three of us rode with the Trooper who was kind enough to drive us all the way back to Round Rock which was 100 miles away from his patrol area so that we could get a vehicle to go pick up the remaining two people who rode with the Sheriff's car to the nearest town to wait in a restaurant for a ride back.

They charged $95 an hour. They were punctual, courteous and provided excellent customer service.

My wife and I used Ace Limousine Service to go to our nephews wedding in Dripping Springs. We had several friends and family members with us. The owner reccomenned a Limousine Executive Coach Van. At first we were skeptical because it was a van. The owner seemed very confident that this was no ordinary van. So we took a chance on all the positive reviews on Google and Limos.com. So we went with the Van Type vehicle. There were only 6 of us so I figured we would be fine. He sent me a contract confirmation right away so we could feel confident that our reservation was secure even though it was such short notice. The price was really good so we we waited to see this Executive Coach Van. The next day the driver rang my door bell to introduce him self. I was immediately impressed by that. Most services we had used would call or would even honk. This guy was 15 min early and said I just want to introduce myself "Noe" and you guys take your time, he said. When we got into the van it was very very very nice. I felt like I was getting into a first class jet. It had very comfortable chairs. It had a very large tv with law and order playing. Wow how did they know that's my favorite show lol. It made the 45 ride to the wedding a lot more enjoyable. He had a ice chest with water and sodas already on ice. The driver seemed to know the area very well. He gave us a brief history on the location my nephew was getting married at. We had this driver for 10 hours. At the end of the night I tipped him $200. I could not help it. The service was flawless. I would absolutely reccomenned Ace Limousine Service to my friends!

Ace Limousine Service was the best limo service I have ever had! The limo arrived early, was extremely clean, stocked with ice water and glasses for our festivities. To my surprise the owner Ace was our driver! His professionalism and driving abilities were greatly appreciated. You can always tell a good driver by the and quot;champagne testand quot; in my book............which is being able to drink a glass of champagne without any spillage or slipping around in the seats from stops, turns, etc.

Ace picked me and other guests attending up at my home first, then we were off to get mom for her surprise. Wow! What a surprise it was! We were off to dinner........I was pleasantly surprised that the driver took the scenic routes to get to our destinations, not the quickest, which worked perfectly for our planned evening.

I arranged service from Ace 3 days ahead of the event. They required a deposit via credit card. I provided all they requested and signed the contract. On the day of the event, I contacted the broker who arranged the deal 15 minutes after our scheduled departure time. I said to cancel the car, we would be driving our own car. He replied that the driver was "there". I was "there" but the car wasn't. We left, using a personal vehicle. 22 minutes after scheduled departure time, the owner/driver called and demanded payment, saying the contract allowed him to be 15 minutes late. It does not. Besides, he was outside the 15 minute window he built for himself to cover his tardiness. I said he missed his opportunity for the fare because, not only was he not the customary 20 minutes early, he was 22 minutes late. Once the owner/driver found out he could not charge my credit card for the full amount of the fare, he returned to my residence and "keyed" the side of a car parked in my driveway. Would not recommend this company for limo service.
