It went painlessly. Patient explanation of the process. At least twice, until I fully understood what they would be doing. The cost for something like this is steep, but Accurate was competitive and offered a turnkey solution. They moved quick, kept me up to date. Workers came by on a Saturday morning to fill in the tunnels they had to dig to get at the pipes. Never had the toilet out of commission. I hope I don't need them again, but they'd be the first guys I would call.

It was an absolute nightmare to deal with this company! From talking to our buyer without our permission (and before talking to us!) to threatening to put a lien on our house the day work was completed and before the permit was given by the city - after they had already tried to complete it without a permit until we caught them in the act, this company and their owner, Josh, was completely unprofessional and made it clear that they are in this for the money. There are too many plumbing companies in Austin to risk hiring this one! If you do hire them, be very careful that they are pulling permits and completing work as described in the quote.

Staff were quick to respond to emails. Service was performed efficiently at the scheduled time. Also answered a couple other questions I had about the water lines.

Found the problem and did the repair from the outside through the foundation instead of through the tiled floor.

The job went almost exactly as they predicted.  The one place that they needed to create a hole in the wall for access, they called to get an okay first.  Everything else went as planned.

Their proposed cost was neither the highest or lowest among the companies that we got estimates from but what set them appart was that theirs was all-inclusive whereas their competitors' were not.  This really helped to alleviate concerns since so much could possible change with a job this big.

Their team showed up on time and finished quicker than the 2 weeks they had estimated that the job would take.  Our home was well taken care of and nothing was broken.  They were very open to us reviewing their progress as they worked and kept us informed at every stage.

Overall, they turned a very stressful and involved process into a very simple one.  These guys are real professionals.

Roots were growing inside the sewer line in the slab. Another contractor said there was a hole in the line and that the entire line would have to be dug out and replaced for 7K. Accurate Leak and Line said there was no hole ine the line. That roots had grown up through a gap in the concrete and entered from under the toilet. They replaced a broken flange and replaced the top of the lineup and filled the gap with cement - saving me 6K. They also said they could have replaced the line with CIPP if there had been a hole. Other companies said it could not be done. Accurate Leak is honest and very knowledgable. I will call them whenever my pipes may have holes in the future. Several other companies said they could not use CIPP in a slab sewer line but Accurate Leak said there were only a few construction methods they could not fix that way. The other companies would not even come out to take a look. Accurate came out and gave us a quote for free. The quote was exactly the final amount. I definitely recommend calling them for plumbing line problems. It was a pleasant and rapid solution to a very inconvenient problem.

Initially they were called to do the drain leak test after having foundation repair done.  The first thing he did was put a camera down the clean out and I could see the entire bottom part of the cast iron drain pipe was completely gone.  (This did not surprise me since I already had to have work done on a bathroom drain earlier this year.)  They gave me an estimate for the replacement job and did not charge me for the leak test that they were initially called for.  I was impressed with the thoroughness with which he checked for existing pipe in front yard and determined that evidently the pipe in front had already been replaced with PVC at some time in the past.   Initially I thought the estimate was high, so I called 2 or 3 other companies for an estimate.  As it turns out, Accurate Leak was by far the least expensive, and the other companies were not as thorough.   Accurate Leak and Line came out within a couple days of my calling them back.  Spent day one tunneling.  Unfortunately, the second day we had a pour down rain and their trenches all filled with water.  They had all the mounds of dirt covered so that it wouldn't wash everywhere.  Can't say it wasn't a mess but mother nature was to blame for most of it.  After a few days delay due to being flooded out, they were able to complete the job and then another couple days delay waiting for city code enforcement to do their inspection.  They were knowledgeable about what code enforcement would look for and even gave me back flow preventers on outside faucets.  Also had a leak under the kitchen sink at a cutoff valve which they theoretically had not even touched, but he replaced the valve without question.  Overall, I'm happy with the work and knowledge, and extremely happy at their price compared to the other bids I had gotten.

Update:

I had discovered when we went to replace drywall behind the vanity that there was a large void still under the bathroom where they had tunneled.  This was probably in part due to the extremely wet conditions at the time of the work, and afterward.  Also the pipe in the wall under the kitchen sink was not quite inside the wall, so that drywall would not fit snug.  I contacted Josh at Accurate and he promptly came out to take a look.  He had the issue fixed without any excuses.  Very professional every step of the way.
