About us
I started in the residential construction trades in 1976 and in 1987 to 2015 was employed by the City of Austin (Tx.) as a Residential Combination Inspector. I possess numerous skills and construction code compliance experience. I am presently retired from my former employer, but I do part-time consulting request based on my expertise in structural compliance based on the Internatinal Code Compliance organization (ICC.org). In the state of Texas, the International Residential Code (IRC) book is widely accepted by nuemerous municipalities as is the Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC) and the National Electrical Code (NEC) along with the International Energy and Conservation Code (IECC).
