Timely for the amount of work needed. Paid by the job at hand, not hourly (which is good). He exceeded my expectations, very friendly, and just an overall good worker. I highly recommend this company and him. Fantastic service overall.

Sal Love was responsive, friendly and courteous. He could easily have just performed the requested task, but he noticed problems and made suggestions to mitigate the problems. His work was superb. He pays attention to detail, and makes sure that the job is done correctly.

We have an old house that shifts quite a bit in dry weather. It will no doubt be replaced in the next few years, so it isn't worth pouring money into major repairs, but we do want to keep it comfortable to live in. There was a large hole in a closet where drywall had pulled away from a shifting stud and the closet rod bracket had collapsed. There was also an ugly half-inch drywall gap in one corner of the kitchen due to the shifting. One of our bedrooms was missing the left-hand piece of door trim, and our front door wouldn't stay latched without the deadbolt in place. Sal was responsive and communicative by text. We arranged a time for him to look at the work and give me and estimate, and he arrived right on time (on a Sunday!). He's very experienced and gave accurate estimates of time and costs for all of these small jobs; he didn't try to upsell me on more work than we needed, or would have been appropriate for our very old house. You can tell immediately that he is reliable and trustworthy. We agreed on scope and pricing, and he was able to get to work right away. After running to store for materials, he repaired the closet and then kitchen before texturing them both, all in just a few hours. This work would have easily taken me the whole weekend, and wouldn't have looked nearly as great! Sal did extra work to make sure the repairs would be strong and durable, and I really appreciated the way he took care to locate the gas lines inside the wall before starting. After the drywall, Sal took care of the missing door trim, and adjusting the front door latch. We had agreed on a price for all of the trim around the door, but he was able to match the existing pieces perfectly, and only charged for the portion he replaced. He kept everything clean while he worked, and cleaned up diligently afterward. I was very satisfied with Sal's work, and comfortable having him in my home. I'll definitely have him back for the next round of repair jobs as soon as I can.

I have been searching for a reliable handyman for years and years and years. Why is it so hard to find someone reliable, skilled, and fairly priced in this industry?? I am SO GLAD I came across AAA Handyman. Sal has been awesome and will be my go to handyman going forward. He is meticulous and detail oriented. He is a perfectionist and he has a wide variety of skills. We just bought a new house and had several things we needed to address from the inspection report. He fixed several doors that were "stuck", installed handrails for our stairwells, repaired and secured our stair treads, hung numerous mirrors/frames/art, fixed the rotten wood in our window sills, painted, aligned door cabinets, repaired a sofa that had a cracked frame, anchored a tv console to the wall, fixed the pool gate door, repaired a rain gutter, and repaired our drywall (taping, floating, texture, prime, paint). He is not the cheapest around but he does a fantastic job and you can count on him - something I've found rare in this industry. I will definitely hire him again in the future!

Sal did an excellent job taping, floating, and texturing the walls of my remodeled bathroom. He took the sheet-rocked walls and prepared them for painting. He was professional, punctual, and very personable. I highly recommend him.

Sal is very punctual and comes prepared every day with material and tools and ladders etc. to accomplish the days work. Never has to leave to get anything. He is very diligent and knows his trades very well. The quality is by far better than just a "handyman". His work is well planned and executed. He is very knowledgeable about the various tasks to be accomplished. He is efficient and makes sure to clean up each are once he has completed that area before moving to the next. We feel lucky to have found someone as knowledgeable and skillful to have worked on our house. We will definitely use his services again when required.

Sal did a fantastic job repairing the water damaged ceiling in my garage. The master bathtub drain had a slow leak, which eventually caused visible water damage to the subfloor/garage ceiling. After the drain was fixed Sal installed new insulation (the water damaged insulation had to be thrown away), covered the hole with new sheetrock that had to be cut in the ceiling by the water mitigation experts, and redid the textured ceiling so you can't even tell there was an issue. He really did an amazing job. In fact, I'm having him come back to fix some other things that I know need to be done, but simply don't have time to do with having younger kids and all.

Sal is the most wonderful handyman I've ever met! He is courteous, on-time and professional. His work is meticulous and precise and I could not be happier with the end result. Sal was awesome! It is so difficult to find a reliable, honest, and fair worker these days and I was so grateful to have found Sal. He exceeded expectations with the work and I am so excited with the quality and end result. Sal also took extra care to keep things clean and also cleaned up after himself which was greatly appreciated. In addition, he was also super great with my kiddo who asked a million questions to which he paused what he was doing to explain his tools. Lastly, he said he was going to finish in 2 days and he actually did! After working with several other contractors and subcontractors I didn't think that was possible. Sal was truly terrific and I'm working on a list for him to work on next!

WOW, was I lucky to have found Sal! Not only is he an incredibly talented craftsman, he is also a very nice, honest man. He returned my call and came out quickly to look at the bathroom. He carefully evaluated the situation and explained exactly what needed to be done. He worked with me to schedule the project and stay within my budget. He worked very carefully and the work area stayed unbelievably clean. He did a SUPER job and even did a few extra things for me to help me out. (We visited about healthy living, too - he is very knowledgable about that.) I highly recommend him and will definitely call him again.

It went fantastically! Sal was very responsive and very friendly. He went out of his way to make sure the baseboards matched the rest of my home both in style and paint color and made sure they looked fantastic! He also took the time to touch up spots along the baseboards with the color I had painted the walls. He was very kind and very professional. Excellent work!

Sal is a very conscientious knowledgeable worker. If he comes across a problem in the job that was not anticipated, he will share his expertise with you and fix it if possible. It took four or five hours to rehang and seal an interior door to the garage that had been improperly hung and had been cut too short by a previous contractor.  He had to buy paint and a threshold to take up the space at the bottom of the door.  He did an excellent job and took pride in his work.  I was glad I found him and will have him back again.

A poorly installed double-bar towel holder on a bathroom wall caused the bar to list and tore off a chunk of drywall  with it.
Prior to doing the work, Sal came by a weekend earlier to inspect the wall.  He also made sure we had the proper paint needed to cover the repair.
On the day of the appointment, Sal arrived well within the time-frame we agreed on. His repair is perfect.!  You would never know there had been a gaping hole and bent screws on that wall. He not only did a beautiful job of repainting the entire wall but he also cleaned off sloppy looking paint from a few places on the grout which were left by the painter prior to our having moved in.    So Sal left the wall in far better shape than we had in the first place.  He cleaned up every bit of dust from the job before he left.  
Sal is friendly, positive and, most importantly, he is capable, experienced  and takes pride in his work.

I last employed Mr. Sal Love's services three years ago this month.  I was very pleased with his work then and was not disappointed this time.  His response was timely, and we scheduled a time for him to come to see what was needed, the primary thing being the installation of safety measures being met with assist bars being installed throughout our home to prevent potential falls.  Mr. Love assessed the areas of concern, suggested certain bars for different areas, purchased the materials, offered several options as to location, quality of selections, and spent time explaining pros and cons of different selections as well.  While this may appear outwardly as a simple task, it is not, and even more difficult is finding someone to take on a "small job" that does not involve several thousand dollars.  In addition Mr Love attended to the other small tasks mentioned above, doing those jobs with the same exactness that he always does with any job before him.
Mr. Love is a professional who is patient, polite, and kind, who listens to his clients and does his utmost to bring an end- product  that is satisfactory in every way.  I recommend Mr. Love for jobs both large and small if you want quality work done in your home.

Sal was fantastic! After a washing machine mishap, he handled a number of tasks, including drywalling a large section of ceiling, re-tiling a laundry room, and replacing and painting baseboards. He worked extremely hard to exactly match baseboards and paint, and the end result is incredible. No one believes we had a major mishap because his work is flawless and blends seamlessly into the non-damaged portions of our home. Sal is an incredibly sweet man whom I trust completely. He's a perfectionist and professional who cares very much about his reputation. I will hire him again soon to address other issues around the house.

Sal is the owner of AAA Handyman Home Improvement and did a awesome job. I have a new puppy and she chewed the side of a wall including eating off all the drywall. I called Sal late that night and he responded immediately. He came the next day evaluated the damage and was very affordable. He rebuilt the side of the wall that my puppy chewed and repainted it. When he finished it looked like nothing had ever happened.
I highly recommend Sal and will definitely use him in the future.

The project went very well.  Sal worked around my schedule to come out and look at the job.  We scheduled the work and Sal  removed all the damaged drywall until he reached undamaged drywall.  Prior to his work, he set up sheets of plastic to minimize the spread of dust. He replaced the drywall and repainted all the replacement areas.  Sal did a great job of cleaning up during and after the job. The ceiling was completely restored and it is very difficult to tell where the drywall has been replaced.
Sal is very easy to work with and I would call him again for future projects!

Sal is a very nice man and does a great job. I plan to have him do more of the handyman type of work for me in the very near future. I would highly recommend him for drywall work.
