Jerry Voight, owner and general manager, visited our home and took rough measurements of existing countertops to provide a quote to fabricate and install replacement countertops. Jerry is very friendly and personable and easy to get along with. He has good people working for him including Shane who came out to take precise laser measurements, Randy the shop operations manager, Dawn, office manager and installers Alec and Omar. We went to a granite supplier with Jerry and picked out the slabs of the granite we had already decided on using. He picked the best slabs for our job. We then visited their shop to see the placement of the templates on the slab and chose the orientation for the primary pieces in our kitchen to best use the pattern in the granite. Randy and Dawn were very helpful in making these choices. They fabricated the countertops very quickly, like 2-3 business days, and called to schedule installation. Upon delivery we discovered they had made an error for the sink cutout for the bath vanity using the wrong sink template. They readily acknowledged the error and cut another countertop with the correct sink cutout in 2 business days and quickly scheduled a time to install it. The installation went very smoothly and installer Alec and Omar took great pains to see that every piece was installed correctly. They touched up some bumps on edges and spent a lot of time on making the joint between two pieces as seamless as possible. they were never in a hurry although they had other installations the same day. Jerry came out to inspect a couple of days later to make sure everything was correct and that we were satisfied with the work. Jerry is very hands on and controls all the company operations and contact with clients. We were very satisfied.
