Erik came out the day I called to do a free inspection, and was very thorough checking the house foundation and the site of the infestation. He recommended a spot treatment to eliminate the nest coupled with wall treatment to kill the insects inside the structure. His visit was on a Friday and he was able to schedule treatment for the following Tuesday. Andrew showed up right on time Tuesday and was well prepared to do the job. He and Eric were both friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I will need to make sure the termites don't reappear, but for now all I have found the next day are dead bugs.

I would not use them again. The possum was waking up my dogs, and I was afraid the possum would bite them. It was a painless removal. They were supposed to trap it, and then remove it for you. They left a trap, and the next day the possum was in it. They came back and took it away, and left another trap. My contract with them was two pick up the cages 3 times. The second time they took the cage with them empty. I asked them why they wouldn't leave the trap so that the animal would go in the trap maybe the next day. So I paid them to get rid of them, and they only got rid of one. Now the animals are back. They were reasonably priced. I chose them because of where I lived, and that they would put down 3 cages. They did do that. They took away one full one, and one empty one. The guy was very nice on the phone.

They are fabulous. When we leave them a voice mail, they actually say on the outgoing message that your call will be returned within 30 minutes. That's not completely true, but it's close enough, so it's comforting. They call us in good time to schedule appointments. They're really punctual about their appointments. They call on the day to make sure I'm home. They're always on time within the 30-minute window they give me. They're realistic about their commitment.

They are very responsive. I have used them for four months now. The previous owner used them and referred them to me. I can easily get a hold of them if I need to. They do a good job and I am very happy with them. I haven't had any big problems since I've used them and they are good at maintaining the traps. They are reasonably priced and are very timely.
