Not good. Ran die per service request. Two individuals shown up to check leak. Cost $200 to tell me I did not have a leak. Was told puddles of water caused by water coming off cover. Called service again and told them spa still leaking. Sent serviceman back again to fix leak. Thought he had fixed leak but still leaking.

They have been very helpful and very good. They have answered any questions that I've had very thoroughly. They made me feel that no question was too dumb to ask. They provide a good service and they are very thorough. They explain what the water needs and how to do it. They don't make me feel rushed even if they are busy.

After looking at all of our options around Austin, we chose a Dimension One spa from ATex.  Honestly, it was as much about the spa and the price of the spa, as it was the business we were buying it from.  However, we did not feel the least bit apprehensive about buying the spa from ATex.  Although we got a little bit of a used car salesman vibe when we walked in, they were able to answer all of our questions, showed us spas that fit what we were looking for, and really didn't try to sell us something we did not want.  At the end of the day, they had a spa that we liked, with great reviews, at a pretty good price.  We really appreciated them holding the spa until we were ready to have it delivered. We were landscaping, as well as building a stone surround and steps around the spa and had to coordinate delivery, which was very easy to do with ATex.  At delivery, they had no problem getting to our backyard and we also hired them to run an electrical line and hook up the spa.  This was also done in a timely manner and we were very satisfied with the work.  So, in the end, we bought the spa we wanted at a good price with deliver and set up being very easy, as well.

After visiting several Hot Tub, Spa Dealers, we went back to A-Tex.  They patiently answered our many questions and went to great lengths to explain details without applying pressure to purchase from them. Their delivery was prompt and efficient. Again, they were patient when I wanted to exchange the steps for a different color. They have been very helpful with us as "novice" spa owners, and made us comfortable when we asked questions or sought advice, no matter how foolish the question appeared.   We have been delighted with their service.

I was terribly pleased with the price for the pool. There were minor problems with the braces for support in the bottom of the pool, they were sticking out making ridges on the flooring. It took them forever to come out and fix it. They said it was because of the ground. Because the price was fair and they came back out to fix the problem, I would recommend them to others.
