Everything about my experience was positive. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and with a smile. They arrived promptly and didn't dilly dally. While they were here, they told me of other services they provide so I showed them our loose fence posts. I was so pleased with their service on the fan and the quote for fence repair that they are coming out to work on our fence. This is going to be my go-to vendor for home repairs. I am very happy with their service, response time, and prices.

After arriving on time we spent several minutes going over what needed doing which included one gate that needed hinges re installed. A second gate was not opening or closing properly due to work next door.. Finally 6 planks were removed and new ones installed. I am very pleased with the work that was done and would re hire..

Installation was quick and well done. Office staff is excellent and were on top of everything. Owner/Greg, is a nice guy, informative, gives an honest assessment of needs. Used them for my previous AC unit install, which is why I hired them again. Installers were very courteous and did a good job. Only quibble is they spoke very little English which obviously makes it difficult to ask questions and communicate during the installation. Overall A+ is a very good outfit and I can highly recommend them for your AC needs.

He thinks it's the clogged plumbing pipe. He cleaned it.

Price was reasonable. Office staff was friendly and called prior to appointment as a reminder and after service was performed to make sure I was satisfied. The technician, Kevin, was very knowledgeable and solved the outlet problem that a previous electrician had wired incorrectly. The ceiling fan had a bad receiver which he quickly diagnosed and replaced. Everything works. I will call A+ Energy Mgmt for any future problems.

Very well, we were impressed by the professionalism of the tech they sent. This saved us alot of time and effort repairing our fence gate and renailing many pickets.

It was easy to set-up an appointment. The repair person did a good job of removing the area of wood rot and replaced it with matching new wood. My payment included materials and labor.

Great! A+ came out on Sunday to determine the problem, and were back the next day with the part necessary to fix it.

Chris came out yesterday and tackled the wood rot task first. He was very methodical and did a superb job. When he finished replacing the rotted boards he did the caulking. Once that was completed, Chris took to the border trim project which has been on my back burner for a couple of years already. I followed up behind him to do some caulking and painted primer on the new boards from the wood rot project, which he finished earlier. The people at this company were really a joy to work with - from the field staff to the scheduling at the office. My experience was a very positive one and I can wholeheartedly recommend them.

I am really happy with the results. We had just recently moved into this house and the fence was not in the best shape. I feel bad that I do not remember the person who came out to do the serve' name. He was vary polite and professional. I had gotten permission from the neighbor for him to go into their yard to replace some of the slats. He went over and talked to them before he started. The gate was having a real problem shutting due to a warped post. He came up with a really go solution to make the gate sturdier and it no longer requires lifting to get it to close correctly. I am very satisfied with the results and have no reservation in recommending there service.

The girls in the office are always very pleasant and helpful and have excellent customer service; professional, warm and friendly. Kevin arrived timely, was very helpful and knowledgeable, and made full use of the 2 hours I paid for handyman services. My initial request was just to level the washing machine, but he double checked the electrical cord on the dryer and refitted the dryer vent. He hung two curtain rods for us as well as recaulked the shower fixtures. He installed hooks and hung a flag with perfection. He can do it all. I would highly recommend and will certainly be using A-Plus Energy Mgmt, Air Cond & Home Solutions and requesting Kevin again.

Terrific. Chris inspected fence issues with me, told me what he would do, and showed me what he did when work completed. He explained the cause for the problem. Chris was very professional and courteous.

I find them to be very honest. They don't try to make you upgrade. They sell you a little contract each year. They do a clean out of your equipment and a checkout of your equipment in the spring and then again prior to the winter. I have just found them to be real down to Earth. They have told me that my unit is better built than anything that I could buy today. They said as long as I could get parts for this one they suggest that, even though it is not as energy efficient as some of the new ones, it is older, but it is built better and it will last longer. It is very hard to find anyone in that business to tell you that because they are in business to sell new systems.
