This went really well. I am very pleased with the work did all around, they did a great job.

Can't remember the tech's name - Dave/Dale? - anyway he was incredible! The gasket turned out to be quite complicated in finding the correction replacement solution. Regardless, Dave/Dale was diligent in finding the perfect resolution - he's a star! I would highly recommend this company.

Handyman was very helpful, courteous, and professional. We also talked over a few other items (shower tile issues, fencing issues) I'd like to have done that were beyond the scope of the deal I'd purchased and was redeeming. Found a way to safely remove the mirrors from a wall that had been glued on very securely - I'd been wanting to remove those mirrors for a long time and figured I'd have to smash them and make a huge mess. He was able to soften the glue just enough to allow him to pry them off without making any real mess. Will definitely have them back to prep that wall for repainting and will have them come look at re-doing our showers and fixing fencing issues.

Great, I provide my list ahead of time, and my handyman stay on task and completed all the things from my list. I was a total 8 hour day.

Contractor arrived on time, promptly fixed the gates and replaced pickets, and answered my questions about on going maintenance. No problems at all. The only reason I did not give this review all '1's is because the price was a little steep compared to the services received, but then that's my fault, not theirs.

That was a good experience. The technician who came to do the handy man work was great.

They did an amazing job, I would hire them again in the future.

They were prompt with getting back with me, but there schedule was pushed so far out that I started to get some of the work done myself. when he finally sent someone out he informed me that they couldn't do the service for this amount of money so, I will just use the funds towards another project.

Bought the fence repair package for gate rehanging and 6 picket replacement. Setting up the appointment was easy and repair person came during the time specified. I showed what needed to be done and it was taken care of to my satisfaction, the only drawback was he had none of the pickets with him and had to leave to buy them so that added to the length of time it took. However when he returned he finished the job quickly. There was another area of my fence that needed the post reset and I asked for a quote on getting that done ($150) so I scheduled that future work and was satisfied with that also. I would use them again if I need any additional fence repairs.

Worker was meticulous in his inspection of the fence. He examined state of wood and determined if it was still able to hold hardware. Some posts that I thought would have to be replaced, he showed me how they could be saved and fixed them. After he checked everything, he went to hardware store to get posts. He returned with 6 posts and proceeded to remove and replace rotten posts. He worked steadily and reviewed the entire fence again. This frnce is 15 years old and he told me that it should last several more years!

Anthony was great with the estimate. Kevin and another worker arrived to do the work. They were professional and kind.

He was prompt, the company called me to let me know he was one his way (I had just gotten home from a night shift and so was sleeping until my appointment and had asked that they call me to ensure I was awake), and the issues were fixed quickly and well done.

It went fine. I am going to have the provider back out.

He was very fast and efficient but perhaps too fast since he cost me a light dome that I have yet to replace because he didn't tighten any of the lights he installed.

It went good. They did the job. They were there on time. They called me before they came out and coordinated that.

After a rough first attempt, A Plus worked with me to get the job done right. Handyman Kevin is the best that anyone could ask for! He was fast, efficient, knowledgeable and could problem solve all of the tasks that I needed done. I would give Handyman Kevin a score of Excellent Plus, but because of the first attempt had some major glitches, I had to give a score of B all around. I would definitely use A-Plus as they are aware of the problems that need to be fixed within their organization.

As a new homeowner in Texas I am aware that you must provide your original inspection report to future buyers if you re-sell your property within four years. The A+ Company sited 4 items regarding the AC system. I was prepared to fix those. After closing they came out and said only 1 thing was necessary. I had them do that repair. I also had them note that the additional repair suggestions were not necessary. One month later the AC began going out for 24 hours and then running. Concerned, I call another company for a second opinion - that one tried to sell us a new system. A+ was informed of the situation and sent another service tech to our condo. He was able to fix the capacitor and top off the freon. The AC is now working well. At first, I was upset that the issue had not been identified up-front. The low pressure that was found in the original inspection should of been flagged as a potential problem. There was no recommendation to address this issue. Since I am an out-of-state owner, the ability to schedule additional visits is difficult. Ultimately, the system was fixed to our satisfaction. I am impressed that the owner personally followed up to clarify what had happen and to ensure that we were satisfied. Their stated goal is 100% satisfaction and they took the steps needed to fix the issue.

A-Plus sent me a technician who they knew was working after little sleep and smelled of alcohol when he arrived at my residence. The electrician explained he had been working overnight and had little sleep prior to coming on site. I called and notified A-Plus management because I was concerned and they said they were aware of his predicament. They did not seem concerned at all when I explained that he smelled of alcohol and seemed to be incoherent. Since I had other contractors on site and I was closely monitoring his work, I allowed the electrician to complete the work for the $99/2hr Angie's List Big Deal that I had paid for. I would not recommend nor use this company again due to this experience.
