A Plus was very helpful in inspecting and evaluating the a/c & heating ductwork in the attic. Over the years,varmints had damaged the insulation surrounding the ducts. Not only did they do the work but also contacted the local electric and gas suppliers so that we could take advantage of their rebate programs which significantly reduced the net cost of the project. I was impressed enough to sign up for an annual preventive maintenance program.

It wasn't bad. It wasn't really what I was expecting. He seemed to be rather in a hurry. Some of the interested things we were interested in don't fall under theirs. There were things that they talked about but he didn't really look at. There were some things that I knew they could've done or were probably due to be redone while weather-stripping outdoors or checking for leaks. I really got the impression that he was in a hurry. I wasn't really as happy as I could have been. They were here when they said they would be. He seemed to know what he was talking about.

I took the extra minute off from work and I was with the design guy, he told me he would get me a design the following week and about six weeks later after me calling multiple times I finally got it and it was ridiculously overpriced. It was like he took a piece of paper and a pen, it was no design, he just drew what looked like cabinets. I was thoroughly disappointed with that. They wanted $27,000 to remodel my kitchen and that didn't include any materials. I have gotten two other estimates from other people. One was for $11,000 and one was for $15,000 and this company wanted $27,000. They didn't even draw me a descent plan. It was expecting semantics, this is what we do and the guy just didn't seem to have a clue about what could be done and he was like I will take it back to the office and I will meet with my design person and that was six weeks later. I want to remodel my kitchen, I want new tile flooring, I want new cabinets and the $11,000 price that I got for my kitchen included the cabinets that A-Plus wanted $27,000 plus materials. I would not go with the company and I don't feel like I got my $49 worth.

I wanted to get an IR scan of my house to see if I had any glaring leaks from my roof. The results were about what I expected, but it was good to have a pro confirm for me. The service was as advertised, and they were very friendly, responsive, and punctual. If I needed other HVAC services, I would certainly try them.

They initially caulked around the vent and checked entire roof for problems at the special rate they were offering of $99.00. It still leaked so they had to replace the exhaust fan roof vent. We went through several occasions it had been scheduled but had to cancel due to rain. They were very cooperative in re-scheduling. Then we were scheduled on a friday and by mid week rain again was predicted for friday. So on wed that week they finished some other work early and contacted us and were able to come do the work on wed before rain hit again on our scheduled date. I was very pleased with their professionalism.

The provider was on site in two days. Very professional and courteous. Still evaluating the information as he did recommend more insulation.

Had to beg for appointment. Didn't get anything usable. I had wanted stove and fridge relocated and kitchen remodel design. But nope, no creative suggestions. He returned my printed photo ideas with my sketches as his bid. I felt ripped off and scammed. Addendum Feb 2, 2015: The Manager recently contacted me to admit they had dropped the ball in my case and indeed I did get ripped off. He said they fired the agent who represented the firm so poorly. He offered me a credit toward his services in the future equal to the Groupon fee. They through in a $5 Starbucks card. While they initially messed up, they did reach to me to make good on the initial offer. I appreciate their effort to make it right and wish to report it here for all to hear.

He did a great job. Everything was hung with precision and strength. I'm asking them back to do more work soon.

My experience with them turned out well. I didn't take them up on the job, because it was higher than I expected, but they were nice. They came out right away after I purchased the Big Deal, but it took quite awhile for me to get the estimate from them. They were very nice and professional. I got another estimate, and it was $10,000 higher than the estimate from A-Plus, so I might be going back to them. They're very pleasant to deal with.

It went great. Kevin was a really nice guy and did great work.

This went fine, but they were unable to do the heat sensitive photos to check for leaks. The man was very nice and looked through the steps we had taken for energy efficiency and thought they were effective.

The experience was very good. They are a pretty large operation.

They dida fine job. We had a post fixed and that cost additional. They did a good job, and we don't have any complaints. They went ahead and took care of things and they took care of us. The pricing was a little bit expensive, but they had to replace a post.

After resolving a bit of confusion about the arrival time of the handyman involved (it was a very busy time for him), the handyman arrived on time. We were able to show him through the four different sets of curtains that we hoped to have hung and discussed how far he could get with the ceiling fan installation. He began his work, and worked on each of the four windows very efficiently, and then turned his attention to the ceiling fan. We agreed that he would hang it and that we would contact an electrician for the necessary electrical work. Our handyman was very thorough, his communication with us was excellent and the quality of his work was excellent as well. I would not hesitate to recommend A+ ....not only for air conditioning work but also for the handyman services that they now provide.

I needed to have the door and frame put in to the backyard. They did not do a good job at first and they actually tried to take the new door out of the new frame and put it in the old frame. It did not fit at all and was bad workmanship. They eventually came and made it right but they had to replace the new door as the original new door was damaged.

I was very pleased. The roofer from A+ checked my roof and for a report he showed me before and after photos on his phone of the various repairs he had made. I was impressed. I could see exactly what the damage was and see that it had been repaired. What a relief for only $99. The last time I called a roofing company to check it he wanted $250 minimum. Ouch . Couldn't afford that. This was really a great deal. One less thing to worry about.

Work quality was exceptional. Kevin repaired my fence, by securing loose boards and replacing some boards. In one stretch, he had to remove dirt from the neighbor's side of the fence to allow the fence to straighten (A flower garden gone wrong was creating too much force against the fence and causing it to buckle. Don't you just love your neighbors, sometimes?) He and I went to inform the neighbor but the neighbor wasn't home. He later showed up and Kevin handled the situation with diplomacy and grace. I additionally extended the scope of the contract and asked Kevin to replace a rotting post and horizontal, supporting fence planks in the back. This looks great too. My only complaint is scheduling and responsiveness of the office. Kevin was overbooked, arriving at my house later than the specified time window. As a result, there is one piece of the additional scope of work that he couldn't finish (it got dark). The office has yet to follow-up. I would definitely use this provider again because the work was so good. But, I suggest you allow time in your schedule in case of a delay.

They're very reliable and are very good with being responsible with pricing and estimates.

Two very professional employees hung most lights on Saturday afternoon (approximately 5 hours). Unable to finish and returned the next day and finished quickly. They adjusted lights and cords to my satisfaction. Both were customer service oriented and wanted me to be 100 percent satisfied.

The office staff is so accommodating and customer friendly, and Kevin was great!

This company really cared that I was not happy with my original consultation and followed up with me on several occasions to come back out to give me a closer approximation of what I was looking for. I really had the sense that they cared about giving first class service to their customers. I am left with an excellent feeling about this company.

Walter was right on time. Very polite and professional. He was incredibly efficient and knowledgable. I was very impressed. woild definately use them again.
