It was excellent. I was completely satisfied.

I specifically told the scheduler that the only thing I needed help for was to remove some accumulated crud from the top side of the lens of the kitchen sky tunnel, and then reset the plastic lens. The handyman they sent knew nothing about sky tunnels. He was prompt, polite, and willing to try, but in the process he broke one of the small plastic plugs used to cover the mounting screws, and I have no idea if the lens was actually set back in properly. He did cover the mounting screw with some white putty, so cosmetically it doesn't show.

Walter is terrific. He called to let me know when he was arriving. He did a great job and is a very nice guy. He made a couple runs to Lowes, did a few little extra things that he saw needing doing. I am keeping a file for the next time. I would definitely use A plus - and particularly Walter - again. Highly recommend!!

Everyone, from they estimator to the workers were very professional. They were prompt, and completed the work on time. I enjoyed working and conversing with them as they were quite knowlegable and friendly. Thank you for all your hard work!

They were very prompt in contacting me for scheduling. I received a reminder call as well as a call when Kevin was on his way. Kevin arrived right on time and got all the work done in the time requested. Overall customer service and work results were awesome. Highly recommend and will use their services in the future if needed.

I wasn't sure how long it would take to do both projects so I purchased a deal from the site for 3 hours of handyman service for $99. I received a call from Kevin a couple of hours before our appointment to let me know he was running late and to talk about the projects. I took pictures and texted them to him so he can make sure to bring the right color grout. Kevin showed up with Kay, a trainee, and took care of both projects without any problems. Kevin also took care of other cracks in my other bathrooms while he waited for the grout in the main bathroom to dry. Kevin was very nice and friendly and seemed to pride himself in his job. I would definitely use this company again for other small projects.

He did a great job. It was sagging and dragging on the grass, and now it fits perfect.

It was superior from start to finish!!! I kept forgetting to write a review, but remembered when we called last week to schedule some maintenance with them!

He arrived on time, he listened carefully when I explained my list, and got right to work. I have no idea how he got it all done but he actually got everything on my list done in the timeframe I had paid for. He was professional, worked hard, and make sure to ask me to inspect what he had done so it was done to my expectations. I will definitely keep this company (and Kevin specifically) on my fridge door. I will be calling them for all my household needs in the future.

He said he would be there between 8:30 - 9:30 He arrived at 10 a.m. We had several projects but the first one was to clear out 3 Holly scrubs and replant the new plants that we had waiting in their place. He arrived without a shovel. We had to go buy one. He took some trees out of a fence line while waiting. We had the cloth to put over the bed before adding mulch.. He dug out the entire bed in front of the house throwing the dirt on the grass which was a lot of clay. No need to tell you what happened after he walked on it all day. It became concrete. There was brick lining the bed which he threw in the yard. He left it a mess.

They did a great job in general, everything we asked them to do they took care of it. In the process of properly mounting the TVs and hanging the curtains they put a few extra screw sized holes in the walls. They did offer to come back and repair it, which was great. They also gave us some great advice on a couple of other projects that we want to get done. All in all we are very happy with the service and will definitely look at using them again for future projects.

I recently moved to a new house and had a lot to be fixed. I used Angie's list one day handyman coupon. It ended up taking longer than 8 hours since there were so many things to be done but Kevin worked very hard. He fixed a lot of things and made the place much more comfortable to live. It was definitely worth the money. I am very impressed and I would highly recommend their service!

This installation went very well. Walter came here even earlier than expected and had contacted me to let me know he would be here in 20 mins. The fan looked complicated and my husband and I had thought that Walter would have to go into the attic to install a new brace. Walter was able to determine that the new brace was not needed and to install the fan with light kit. It looked like the remote was not going to work with the one existing line in, and he was able to contact Hunter Fans and found it was a simple fix. I was very happy with the work that Walter did and we LOVE our new fan and light. Thanks for offering the deal at the right time. Our previous fan had been not working since October so now we are set for summer. Gerri Kight

Overall, Angel was great and he gave it his best shot. However, I paid a diagnostic fee just to be told that I need to call the old company. Isn't A-Plus capable of repairs? Outside of ripping out my newly installed zone board they didn't have any other options for me. I'm definitely disappointed. A+ for friendliness but D- for actual business.

Punctual and knowledgeable. Electrical work was done satisfactory but not clear on additional fees. The invoice just says $50 additional fees.

Excellent! Very professional and punctual. I had them level out my living room/dining room floor before putting down wood flooring. Edward was very professional and does a superb job. Very punctual and the end result is he cleans up everything and he is spot on. He goes above and beyond your expecting

4.5 hrs. late and a change in staff, but their staff (Katie, Josh) really do try to make it right and did make it right by not cancelling but getting another person out to do the job before i left town. Walter did the job and did a nice job bringing calm to the situation.

He was well prepared, pleasant to work with and his work was excellent. I have used A+ twice and will call them again as needed

Paid $99 for 3 hours in which they replaced 3 bathroom faucets. I paid for an extra half hour ($25) so that he could connect a ceiling fan. Overall was happy with the price and work.

It went perfect! Great job, fair price, worked as quickly as possible, courteous and respectful.

Service provider was professional and was able to take care of most of the items on my list. One item needed a taller ladder and a manager is coming out to take care of it within the next week. The company called to confirm time date and both company and provider kept me abreast of delays.
