Although Chris arrived late, he called a couple of times to keep me informed about a call he was working on that was taking longer than expected.

Representative was polite and did the work quickly.

I was very pleased with the work and would recommend them again.

Mr. Hunt is a very knowledgeable person about so many home-related issues! His company is fortunate to have him as an employee!

They were quick, professional and finished the job flawlessly.

Eric came to do the estimate on April 23, 2015. He was very nice, very professional. He took his time going over the scope of the project and explaining how the project would proceed. However the estimate did not come in until May 4th, 2015. We were actually very confused with the estimate as we expected a detailed estimate and this was not what we received. We waited until all estimates were in and although we were impressed with A-Plus' knowledge, we were a bit concerned that with the lack of detail that we would be held responsible for "surprises" or items not expected. In retrospect, we should have just asked for a more detailed estimate. This was our fault and I don't hold A-Plus responsible for this. As such I would definetly give them another opportunity for my next project.

The first service call was on June 8, I have called the company for drainage overflow and frozen AC issues. One technician came and blew the line and charged $174. He worked on the freeze up issue but he never document it. The 2nd service call was on July 16, same issue, i was told it was out of 30 days warranty and another charge. The issue was not fix, the drainage was overflow the same day. (the charge was later waved) Third call the next day, July 17, and they send a different tech and drainage overflow issue was temporarily fixed and cost $163. Two weeks later, the same AC coil frozen again, it was part of the issue and it was still under the warranty, they claimed it was a different issue and wanted to charge for service call and labor again. Basically, the AC problem was only temporary fixed and every time i called the company there was charge for service call plus the work. It is like if someone has a cold and see a doctor, there will be a different charge for running nose and cough. Each symptom will be charged separately. I am very disappointed to this highly rated company.

It was simple. They called to set up a time, they showed up when they were supposed to, and installed a ceiling fan in our daughter's room. We have one more item crossed off our list!

That was great. The gentleman they sent was also handy. He was great. He did all my little things I hadn't gotten done since we moved into the house; the putting of shelves, hanging my jewelry armoire and hanging some pictures that were big that I couldn't handle. He did a very good job and I was very pleased.

They did come out and they took care of it. They were here a while struggling. One of them was a girl and she was kind of having trouble with it. The other guy had to come and help her. But it looked like they did a good job.

Walter did a great job. The rotted area was larger than it appeared and Walter was very good about showing us and explaining what was necessary for repair. He got to work immediately upon arrival and worked very diligently throughout. We did end up paying for an additional hour but it was because the job turned out to be bigger than we had anticipated. Walter had to make a trip to Home Depot to get supplies and my husband was amazed at how quickly he was able to get there, pick up the supplies and return. My husband said he had to almost have been running through the store and speeding on the highway to accomplish what he did in the amount of time - think he was only gone 25 min. Needless to say we felt the extra hour was more than justified.

That was awesome. He did a really good job. he stayed the whole eight hours and worked the whole time.

Got right to work, obviously knew what he was doing, finished it right up, and then had me check the installation and demonstrated how the fan work. Quick and great job.

I bought 2 hours of service for ~$99. I communicated the job as being kitchen tile replacement, and we scheduled a handyman to come out to my house at 2pm on a Wednesday. At 2:10, he wasn't there yet. I called him and he said his previous job was running long and wouldn't be at my house until 3:15pm. I understand that happens, but as soon as he realized that he would be late, he should have called me. Then, he shows up at 3:15pm and tells me he has no ceramic tile replacement experience, called his office to tell them, and leaves. Frustrating. But A+ Energy Mgmt. recovered nicely. I called on Thiursday, and they scheduled an experienced tile repairman for Friday, and said the total would be a little higher at $150. I agreed. Out came Eduardo Martinez, on time on Friday morning. He did an excellent job, and he was extremely nice. The tile looks great. Thank you Eduardo! Overall, the job got done at the right price (A+ rating) It just took a while to get there (C rating). Overall averages out to a B rating.

We filled out online form on Sunday the 12th at 7PM. Dispatcher called us at 8:15 Monday the 13th. Technician here at about 11:00 AM. System was cooling again by 1:15 PM. Technician knowledgeable, professional. Didn't try to sell services that we didn't need. Diagnoses cost was $94. Was a bit high. Even though we are closer to their shop then others in the actual "city," there was a upcharge for being in Travis county rather than the city. Rest of repair and A/C recharge was reasonable. Overall cost of repairs were reasonable. They followed up with a call a few days later to make sure system was working as promised and to get feedback on their technician. Would recomend and would use again.

Went well. There were some unexpected twists, but the tech quickly figured out what to do. Works great!

Overall, the projects went well. Some of the repairs were less than perfect from a cosmetic standpoint, but none were bad enough that I felt the need to complain.

Installation went well. The installer was pleasant and got right to work. It was clear that he had installed many ceiling fans before. He did a fine job and was done installing the fan in about forty minutes or so.

They sent out Jason and he was wonderful! He finished the fence in 4 hours. I am very picky and he went beyond my expectations! He totally wanted to please me as a customer. It was very easy to deal with Katie in the customer service office as well.

We have used A Plus for our A/C heating for decades. We were so pleased to hear they had added a handyman division. We knew they would be A+! Making appt was very smooth. Phone staff accommodating and professional (follow up call next day) technician was on time and appropriately dressed. Work was completed in a timely manner and to my satisfaction(will ask for Kevin!).

They were fine. It didn't take them a whole day and I used them again not too long ago to move some things in the house. Walter was very good and excellent.

Installation was done in timely manner. All info on coupon was correct. Toilet works fine. Enough said.

It took a couple of tries to work out the scheduling but, Eric showed up on time, was very personable and listened. We came up with some good ideas and he was clear that 1) he could do the job and 2) each of the tasks could be handled "a-la-carte".

Walker Hunter did a very good job. I learned a lesson of Buyer Beware and have an understanding of all the details before you register and pay for the deal.
