good, though we missed a couple of holes which previous owner had covered with a pile of rocks.

The workman was very friendly and explained everything. The light works great and we were very happy with the work.

Excellent customer service. They worked hard to get it balanced just right. Cleaned up mess. Would use them again. This is a really good company.

We used Chris and he truly blew us away! I usually curb my enthusiasm on reviews but he was awesome. His skills were on point and the quality of work and cleanup were perfect. I completely forgot the A-Plus was initially an HVAC company because their home remodeling and handyman services are top notch. Very highly recommended and we are calling today to have Chris come out again.

Chris arrived on schedule. ?Did the work efficiently and within an hour we had a new ceiling fan installed. Very professional and very neat. ?Would use him again in a "heart beat." In fact will keep A+ contact information on file for future electrical needs.

Chris was great! He was punctual and explained what he would do in advance. He proposed options that reduced costs and made suggestions that improved the job. He was polite and did quality work. I purchased this as a "deal" for 6 hours of handyman work for $199.00. All the projects within this time. Given how much was accomplished, this service is worth a lot more. One of the best handyman services I have had in 20 years.

The new toilet's rough-in size wasn't the correct size (my fault) and we didn't realize this until they had removed the original toilet. These guys went above and beyond after I asked them to put the new toilet in the master vs. the powder room where it was originally intended to go. This meant they removed and reinstalled the powder room toilet then installed the new toilet in the master bath where it fit.

It went ok, I don't remember there being a ton of quality.

I have used A-Plus in the past and have always been satisfied with their work. Debi in the office is great at scheduling, and great to work with, always answering any question I might have. Kevin has typically been my tech for work performed. Again he was great. He installed a ceiling fan, switched out a dining light fixture with a new one, hung a couple of pendant lights in the kitchen. He installed shelving in a couple of closets, and had to use his engineering skills to make it work correctly. Also had him change out a number of electrical switches with dimmers. When Kevin shows up, I don't worry about work quality. All in all using this company is wonderful. No wonder they have so many positive reviews. In fact, just about to go buy another one of their deals today.

The design was very basic, it was our first step into the process so I don't blame the company. We paid $50 so I was not expecting a lot. Although, if we had been impressed we would have continued the conversation. Instead, we contacted several other GC's and found one that we worked with.

It was great! Promptly showed up at appointment time and got straight to work. We reviewed my to do list and decided on the most important ones in case we ran out of time. This man is awesome!!! Not only did he teach me how to install the shades but pre-drilled holes for me on an additional window. I can't say enough positive things. Will definitely use them again.

The technician was on time and did the check of two heating units as well as put new filters in. He was polite and seemed to know exactly what to do.

I am always satisfied with the service provided by A+. Over the years and service visits I have come to know some of the service professionals by name. Each one knows his/her job and does it professionally. This time, after the heating system check, I asked the technician if he could add some special sealant that they use to seal the heat pump part of the system to the exterior wall of the house, since the sealant there had become cracked and come away from the wall. He very kindly did just that, and saved me having to try to figure out what kind of sealant it was, go to the hardware store to buy it, and then do it myself. His additional service on this occasion was above and beyond the requirements, and because of it, I recommend A-Plus as a company to do business with. It's that kind of extra mile customer service that builds and maintains a business.

I was very happy with the work the company did. Both the backsplash and the stove area turned out really well. One special thing about this company is that they were very easy to work with. I had to keep changing the date for the installation, twice because the tile I had ordered had broken pieces and once because I was going to have several family members visiting, and they were very nice about the delays.

They did good work, but I felt like the deal was slightly misrepresented. Part of the time was used to purchase supplies.

It was okay. It wasn't stellar but the guy broke something. I had to call several times to get it fixed and replaced and they did. It was okay. I would give them a 4 out of 5 stars. I didn't spend more. My interaction with them was fine. The work was fine. A little better follow-up on the problems we had would have been better.

The A Plus team did an outstanding job. From Katy in the office with her cheery voice and helpful assistance to Edward who did the actual work, to the final walk-thru this team was professional from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

We just moved into a new Wilshire home. The builder did not have comfort height toilets as an option. We purchased a new toilet from Lowes to have installed prior to an elderly family member staying with us over the holiday. The tech showed up on time and quickly removed the old (new) toilet and replaced our new purchased. Very neat and tidy job and he was done in about an hour. Will definitely use this company again, considering we have other toilets were want to replace in this home in the months ahead.

I called and scheduled a time for them to come and see the work. The person said it might be a bit more than the three hours I have bought but won't be much more than that. He also noticed the roof problems and said he can send someone to give me estimates for roof replacement. He sent me the roof estimates but I wanted to do the smaller wall repair first before using them for roof. I called to get the written estimate for the smaller job but they referred to roof repair. I told them I wanted the smaller work to be done first and wanted to schedule a time for them to do it. They didn't follow through to schedule a time or give me a written estimate. I felt like it was not big enough for them to get extra money so they didn't follow through with written estimates or schedule a time. The coupon is now expired so I am not going to purchase such things from Angie's list again. It takes too much follow through from my side to get things done it seems. I was hoping for a more streamlined process.

There really was not enough time to understand all that needed to be done. I used the time allowed plus 30 min. The Handyman was not available for much more extra time as he needed to be at another appointment. I ended up hiring someone who was available for the completion of the job for much less per the regular cost per hour.
