We had some small home repairs that were beyond our expertise. Checked Angies List and found A-plus Energy Management. What a treasure! Chris arrived on time (maybe a bit early!) , got right to work, had all the necessary tools to complete our projects. Chris is professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgable. Also, the customer service staff were extremely helpful in helping me find the right materials for the job. Thanks to Debbie and Katy! I don't know if you can request a particular person but if you can, ask for Chris. Use A-Plus - you won't be disappointed. (We'll definitely use their services in the future.)

I had purchased 3 hours of wood rot repair on the exterior siding of my house. The staff member showed up 10 minutes after, not a big deal. He finished the job in 2 hours. I had purchased two pieces of siding. I explained to him that I wanted the adjacent siding piece to be also replaced, since it was damaged. When I returned to view the finished job, I found that he did not replace the full planks. He cut them in half, and he also cut in half the new siding. So it looks bad because of the cut across the vertical plank. I was hoping he replaced the entire section, instead of cutting it in half. I was not happy.

As always, they do a great job. I used to use another handyman service, which did a great job, but hard to schedule. A-Plus Energy is now my go to company for handyman work. They are an energy company (AC, etc), but also have another arm of the company that is the handyman side of home repairs. Glad I found them and will continue to use them in the future.

I purchased a ceiling fan installation service via promotion on Angie's List. Verify happy with the service provided: - I received a follow up email and a call to schedule an appointment. Customer rep was helpful and friendly (Katy?). We are usually busy during the week so it was nice that I could schedule Saturday appointment for a small fee. - Tech showed up a little earlier, was knowledgeable and courteous. I think he was in and out in 30 mins or less. - Job well done. Will definitely look them up for any future work. They seem to have pretty wide range of services they provide.

I was very impressed. I had a long list of items, more than I expected to be completed. Kevin came in, I reviewed the list with him and left him to work. He was very professional and fast. He accomplished my complete list. He even did one job by himself that I had expected to have to help with. I will definitely call A-Plus again when I need handyman services.

They weren't very good, they messed up. You buy theses deals where you get three hours of work for $90 or $100, whatever, and then every hour or an extra hour cost more than twice that. The guy were here for five hours and he probably did the work for a few hours based on my previous experience. Either he was too tired or something was going on, but there was no real sense of urgency. So I called the company and said I don't see five hours worth of work here. In the past I have seen other company's come and do it -- this is the slowest I have seen. So they apologized they said they were going to make it up somehow but did not come back.

We needed several fixtures installed including a ceiling fan on an 18 ft ceiling. I chose A plus based on their great reviews and was more than impressed with their service. They showed up on time and were very easygoing. When they began to install the ceiling fan on the 18 ft ceiling, Chris noticed that I had purchased a downrod that was too wide for the fan. Rather than just tell me that it was an issue, he immediately started calling around town to see who might have one in stock that I could go purchase. He found one and I was able to go purchase it while they installed the other ceiling fan and light fixtures. The overall experience was great and we love the look of our new fans and lights!

They were prompt and responded to my request to an appointment. The best part of the job was my husbands job from not having to spend 3 weekends doing what Kevin did in 6 hours.

This was a $199 big deal purchase. That one was interesting so I didn't bother to write a review. Maybe that day I had purchased range hooks for instillation and then of course it was like a six hour package I was hoping, Cause I read online that it shouldn't take more than couple hours but he ended up taking pretty much the entire time. And what happened was it was just a really long day and a lot of things went wrong. He actually dropped the range hood because it was kind of heavy. It got kind of awkward because I was the only other person home at the time. After he dropped my brand new range hood, he broke a glass vase next to it. It was just a huge mess. I know it was a long day for him and he was doing the best he could. He ended up staying an hour extra kind of like as his apology to me to do a couple other small stuff. But he still wasn't able to finish a couple of my requests. He tried and he wasn't able to and we had to finish it ourselves later. But he was being sincere and he was very pleasant and professional -- it's just a bad day.

Most excellent!! I highly recommend! Everyone I spoke with from scheduling to Cody the installer were pleasant and professional. Cody did a great job I asked for him to write his name on the invoice to ensure I ask for him again. Lights look and work great!

They were pretty good actually. It was very good. That's a good company I would say A.

One gate was badly deteriorated with a number of rotten boards and the second had toe be adjusted and have some boards replaced. We provided the needed replacement boards and Eric did all the work. Very punctual and highly efficient!

The serviceman arrived late, he did not call to say he would be late or that he was on his way. He did not introduce himself by name or address me by my name. He did give me input when I asked his opinion on which post to replace and any further work that needed to be done. He determined a tree limb behind my fence was causing the fence to lean inward and he cut the limb off (I provided the tool). He did seem attentive to costs and did not push me for additional services. He was there about 4 hours total. He had me check the gate prior to his departure and the screws had not gone far enough into the post so he had to use longer screws. Overall I felt the work was worth what I paid. I would prefer a little more customer service and promptness though I felt the workman did a fine job overall. I might use this provider in the future but I would look for other options as well.

Kevin was great! The fence maintenance package was a good deal.

It went very well. The construction of the shelf is the best I've seen. He is a very smart carpenter.

They did a good job. There were a couple of areas that were difficult to get to that were not services like I might have liked, but all in all a good job for the price. I'd call them again for sure,

They did a lot of things I didn't ask them to do. They put in the hours and left. I'd rather they did other things. What they did was okay.

Handy man Kevin was so swift and efficient..i was mind blown..will definitely use again

The worker came by on time and installed the toilet.. after a few days of the installation, I got a follow up call to see everything is ok. My husband just saw water on the floor and called plumber. Kathy, I hope I spell the name right, said she would send someone check the toilet to see if it is because of the installation without asking extra charge. the worker came to my home at the same day of the call. He checked the toilet and there was no leak there. He re-grout it to make it more stable. And he found the leaking came from the supply line of the dishwater. He turn off the vault so there was no more water leaking. Very impressive work and service. Will definitely use again

Excellent workmanship and creative ideas. We worked as a team and got several days of "to-do's" done in 8 hours. I would hire again.

Kevin, the technician has done work for us in the past. He always does a great job. He is neat, clean, and efficient. It was a quick and easy change out, and he was in and out in under an hour.
