Well enough that I signed a service contract to have them come back regularly.

It went very well and no chickens escaped! Kevin had to take down 2 sections of fencing and rebuild it. He cleaned up really well after he finished also.

First let me start by saying that the person who came was very nice, on time and professional. Six damaged pickets through out the property were changed, however one gate needed adjustment and although it now closes better, it's not aligned/parallel with the other side of the gate (leaving a gap at the bottom); also, we asked to "reinforce" the fence on other side of the gate which seemed to wobble a bit: a small angle bracket (which I had to pay extra for the parts) was added with unfortunately almost no effect.

I've used them for years. They are great. I wouldn't use anyone but them. They come every spring and fall. Many years ago they installed my air conditioner and ever since then, they come every six months. It's usually the same man. I can't fault them anywhere.

The woman I spoke with said she would contact one of their workers and call me back. I followed up with her the next day and she said she was still waiting to hear from someone on it and would call me. That's the last I heard from them.

The said they would check with the glass person and call back. They never called back or e-mailed me

It was okay. He found one minor issue when my mom showed him something. He was able to tell her how to fix it herself. So he didn't actually find anything that he was recommending that we pay anyone to fix. He was actually able to give tips on how to fix it ourselves so it would save us money. I appreciate that. The one thing that I wasn't completely satisfied with was that he did not replace all the batteries in the smoke detectors. I would actually prefer, because the ceiling are kinda high that even the batteries were not totally run down that he would replace all the batteries and not just the ones the were totally run down. He showed up on time. He did the work that was described in the deal that I purchased and answered all of our questions and including tips on how to fix stuff on our own.

Service professional was great, he took care of the 2 windows quickly. I may have over-purchased what was needed as I probably didn't have 2 hours worth of repairs so fellow AngieList customers should try and more accurately assess their needs if possible.

As with many other Angie's List deals - the price of the deal OFTEN ends up in the company charging more. Once you have paid for the deal, they come out, and then they charge more. For this job, he couldn't find the siding that matched, left it unpainted, left it without spray foam (not sure why any contractor comes out without basic things like spray foam) so I still have work to do on it and it's not a completed job. Not very satisfied with this level of service. I had sent pictures ahead of time so I also was charged for him having to go to some building store, not sure why that can't be done ahead of time?

Kevin was wonderful- explained what he would be doing and cleaned up ; I would have him come back! My husband's "honey do" list got a lot shorter and I'm a happier wife.

What the repairman, Kevin, did, he did well. We identified quite a few places that he had overlooked upon close inspection. The worst of it was repaired, but it was not completely repaired.

Great- did what I needed and made recommendations but did not push upgrading.

The technician removed and replace caulking around showers, tubs and toilets in four bathrooms. He was prompt, skilled and personable.

Kevin did an outstanding job. Really professional work. He was personable, kind, and really efficient in his execution. Answered all my questions. Always gave me options when I had them such as brightness level switch for one of the dimmer switches; color of the fan blades; and the length of one of the fan drop downs, always explaining the pros and cons of each. I couldn't have hand selected a better person to do the job. I paid for an extra hour of work to handle all the extra switches I had. Thanks!

Great. Work was excellent, pricing beat the competition by hundreds of dollars.

GREAT !! THEY CAME, MEASURED, DISCUSSED IT WITH ME, WENT TO BUY THE SUPPLIES AND TOOK THAT OUT OF THE 2 COUPONS I HAD PURCHASED TO COVER THE WORK. THEY DID IT ALL REALLY FAST, GAVE ME GREAT SUGGESTIONS ON HOW I COULD CHOOSE TO MAKE ONE REPAIR, AND THE CLEAN UP WAS PERFECT. ALL I HAD TO DO WAS PAINT IT A FEW DAYS LATER. I BELIEVE THE GENTLEMAN'S NAME WAS CHRIS, BUT I DIDN'T WRITE IT DOWN AND WISH I HAD NOW.

He got everything done I asked him to do.

It looks great, and the two men that came to fix it and give me a quote were very nice, professional and informative. The only thing I was pretty bummed about was that I had purchased an offer for around $300 for a few hours of wood rot repair, and the whole project turned out to be way more than I was expecting. I think total it took them about 4-5 hours, yet the price was way higher after I got a quote..
