Not good. My name is Tim Bishop and I live in Travis Country in SW Austin. On Aug 12, 2020 I paid $487.68 to A+ sprinklers. He told me he wanted paid for the work done. As o Aug 17, none of my calls or texts (see attached) have been returned and the work is not done. I'll gladly update this review should something change.

ended up doing extra work. replaced a couple of damaged sprinkler heads along with checking the entire system and reprogramming the unit.

I have them come out every spring to clear lines, adjust sprinkler heads, and get the system ready for the Texas summer. System always works great when they're done and the price is very reasonable.

I was very happy with the service provided. They came out and even repaired everything in the rain because they knew I was under contract to sell my home and repairs needed to be done by a certain date.

"We greatly appreciate your feedback! I would like to do whatever we can to make things right with our customers. Our big deal is a great way to have us run through your sprinkler system to adjust your system as well as notify you of problems we find. Unfortunately we can not provide free labor or parts in order to complete a system check so sometimes we have to fix a problem before looking at a system. This causes confusion with billing because we can not always provide a system check untill the system is working well enough to turn it on. If you would like to give us a call I would be happy to resolve any of your questions and i would like to offer you a free system check in the future!
