I called Bill Deatrick at 360 Home Inspection on the Friday evening before the appointment (which was on Monday). He instantly responded and gave me a good idea of the work he will perform and how much it would cost. Even though I was not sure of the exact appointment time, he allowed me to schedule a time slot on Monday with the promise that I would call him back to confirm (which I did). Bill got there on time on the day of service - he got started doing the inspections. I didn't have to do any hand-holding - in fact, I got there the last 30 minutes of the inspection. After he was done, he took the time to explain the process of inspection and what he had done. He also uploaded pictures to his laptop and did a little slide-show for me of all the areas he'd inspected. When he was done, he burned these images onto a DVD and let me have it, which I thought was extremely cool! He sent me the formal inspection report the next day, as promised. And the amount he charged me was exactly as he had estimated up front. I really liked working with Bill and would refer him to anyone else who wishes to have an home inspection. He used to be an engineer at IBM (I'm an engineer too) - so he's very thorough and professional.

Bill was great. This is the 2nd inspection I've ever experienced and definitely the best. He showed up a couple of minutes early (which I really appreciate), took time to explain everything to me, and produced the report before when he said he would have it. He even produced a slideshow on the spot and walked through everything he had found and all recommendations. Very knowledgeable and you can't beat the service.
