Excellent service! Very impressed with the results and Jorge's recommendation on color choice for door and shutters. He painted the house across the street which looks great. 24 neighbors recommended him on Next Door.com so I thought I'd give him a try even though he didn't have a high grade on this site. He's very good and I think his rating should be increased.

I initially contacted Jorge to do an estimate and advised we were in the process of getting our home ready to sell. He was extremely late with no contact to advise he was running late. I should have went with my gut at that time. When he did show up he advised he would email me the estimate. It took him a bit longer to write the estimate than he initially promised. The estimate was a bit more than I had expected but because he came highly recommended I expected exemplary work for that price. We did exchange several emails confirming what his estimate would include, I asked specifically if it included both balconies, etc. and scheduled him upon verification of those items. He could not schedule me for a month following that. Jorges crew arrived on the date agreed and he asked for 50% of the over $3000 at that time. They scheduled three days to complete the work. Two of the three days it rained in the afternoon and they were chased off. When the work was advised to be completed I realized they did not paint our rear balcony spindles and railing. The rest of the balcony however was painted? The front balcony was painted including the spindles and railing. I advised Jorge it appeared they had missed the rear balcony railing and spindles. He then claimed I had told him not to do it? I did advise him that did not make sense, we advised we were getting the house ready to sell and they painted the front balcony including the spindles and railing and they painted the rest of the rear balcony. Additionally we had emails where I specifically verifyied the entire balconies were included. No email from him ever stated the rear spindles or railing were not included or that they would only paint the front, etc. I assume he got me confused with another customer since a month had passed between the estimate being written and the work being done. I attempted to give him the opportunity to make it right. He continually advised he needed more money to return. We felt over $3000 was sufficient. Additionally, there were paint drips found on our patios, etc, debris found on the roof, nails and the crews trash found in the yard. What was painted was okay, but there were a few areas that were not done well or properly prepped prior to painting.

I am an out of state real estate investor who was selling a property from a distance.  after getting the property under contract, the buyer's inspection report identified a list of maintenance items ranging from a simple toilet repair to replacement of rotten wood around windows and caulking the siding of the whole exterior.  jorge was recommended by my realtor as one of the best and most reliable contractors in the area.  after sending him the inspection report he worked up a reasonable estimate in short order.  he began the work almost immediately - on a sunday! - and completed the work in a couple of days.  he even went the extra mile to make calls to obtain a hard-to-find individual board needed to repair a fence.  given that i was out of state the whole time, jorge definitely made my life easier, including accepting payment by credit crd over the phone and sending me receipts for my records.  i would highly recommend working with these guys.

They exceeded my expectations. They paid attention to all the details to produce good quality results. They are punctual and I loved the fact that they clean before they leave each day. They do everything they can to leave the customer completely satisfied.
