"1. I called the customer [Member name removed] myself at 9:48am to let her know that Stacy was running late due to the customer before her forgetting the key and so she waited for the customer for 45 minutes to drive home from work and let her in. When I called [Member name removed]to let her know that Stacy would be there late she said “no problem, I will run my errands now so that I will be back in time” When Stacy arrived at her home the lady was not back from her errands yet and so she waited on her for 25 minutes in her car in front of her house. I followed up with a text saying I was sorry for the wait and she replied not a problem that she was still working on her schedule around cleaning for her kids as well and made me feel like it was not big deal. 2. I received a call from that same customer while I was unable to answer the phone and the voicemail stated that she thought she made an error in payment could call her right away. I contacted the customer a few minutes later saying that I would call her right back and within an hour I did that. On that phone call the customer made me aware that she had pulled cash for her cleaning and that she had pulled out an extra $20 and that extra $20 was not missing from her purse. When I responded shocked that Stacy had worked for me for me over 3 years and that nothing like that had ever occurred she then said “I must have just gave that extra $20 to her by accident, can your find out?” I told her I would. I then called Stacy and asked how much the lady paid. She answered $130 for payment and left me a $20 tip. I called that lady right back and got a voicemail and let her know that it had been given and Stacy thought it was a tip and that if she would like for me to I would return it. On Tuesday the 15th I returned the 20 and put it under her mat. I called her phone and left her a voicemail that I did so. Being such a small amount I never thought about taking a pic of it. 3. On Sunday the 20th the review came out and I called immediately and nothing. 4. Nothing was ever mentioned about that cleaning not being done well."
