LTC made the process of building our mother-in-law's house better than expected. I was initially overwhelmed at such a large task, especially since I had many different one-off requests and requirements. From design, through final execution, Jeff, Erick, Traci and all of the LTC crew made the process painless and helped make the project cost-effective. Their teams were quick and efficient, and responses to questions were always timely. They had a level of professionalism that is hard to find nowadays, especially in this crazy housing market.

Project went well from the initial meeting with Jeff to the final clean-up. Jeff, Eric and the crew along with the subs were professional and communicative. Everyone showed up when they said they would and the project was completed on time and on budget.

Project was a total success and I have plans to hire them again for another project. What impressed me the most was their relentless commitment to understand what I wanted, communicate solutions back to me, and then resolve all challenges in order to deliver the result I expected.

For a major renovation, the process went smoothly. LTC was always responsive to questions and concerns LTC did not deviate from their quote. We actually added additional work during the process because we were so please with the work and how the house was coming along. LTC's staff were professional and knowledgeable. They showed up and got the work done. Overall, we were very impressed with this company. It is our intentions to use them in the future when we remodel the upstairs of our home.

LTC was fantastic to work with! They were knowledgeable, trustworthy, and responsive. My job foreman was great at his job and I trusted him totally! Their subs were also great to work with. My husband travels, so I was the one handling the project. I've had problems in the past, with other projects/companies, where they wanted to talk to my husband, instead of myself. That was not the case with LTC. I felt totally respected by all employees. That says a lot about a company and I was so impressed!! My patio so beautiful! The workmanship is top notch! Would use them again in a heartbeat!!!!

Jeff Parrent and his crew were very professional, prompt, detail oriented, and made sure they cleaned up after every day. LTC Builders had remodeled my kitchen two years ago and did such a wonderful job on my kitchen that I didn't hesitate to call them when I needed my bath remodeled. I am so happy with my beautiful bath, it just looks perfect! I would not hesitate to recommend LTC and plan to use them when I remodel my guest bath

Working with Jeff & Kaleb Parrent was terrific and fun !  They walked us through each step of the construction, were very
accessible and quick to answer our questions.  Their crew and sub-contractors were all respectful, very experienced, and
hard-working with much attention to detail.  Our new addition is wonderful and we'll enjoy it for many years to come !  When 
shopping for a builder, we wanted one that takes pride in their work, really cares about the customer and their vision, is
professional, honest, trustworthy, and would keep us in the loop from start to finish.  LTC Professional Builders definitely
exceeded our expectations !  If we could, we'd give them 10 stars !

Once they got started, the job was quickly completed and looked just as I had envisioned it. They have a marvelous crew and great sub-contractors for the completion work. The only side note is that I had to clean up once the project was completed. Materials, removed fixtures, and plastic floor runners were left for me to remove. But, the project went well and I would use LTC again and hope to use them for additional bathroom renovations in the future.

I honestly hate that I have to write this due to my respect for Jeff and his entire crew, but I must be honest. My experience with LTC was up and down. My initial experience was a good one, but it ended with Jeff and I having to agree to disagree. My aim is to just represent the facts, but I will just say my disappointment was that when the mistakes made by LTC on my project were brought up I received no concern from Jeff. He never came to check out the mistakes, nor sent anyone to check them out.  
Our first point of tension was when Jeff told me they were not going to do the soffit work, which we had verbally discussed multiple times doing. Upon looking at the contract it wasn?t specifically spelled out, so I took it as my failure to look closely at the written contract when Jeff told me half way through the project that they were actually not going to do that work. Second, was when a post was almost 2 inches out from being square underneath the beams and the lead guy told me, ?no we?re not going to fix it at this point, it?s in concrete.? Jeff did come in and make them fix it, which I appreciated. Third, I called Jeff about an 8 foot beam being an inch out of square and out of level which would affect the ceiling we would install later. He didn?t call back but sent me a text telling me that ?that was acceptable?, but he never came to check it out nor sent anyone to do so. Fourth, the wall they constructed was out of plumb, both about an inch out which caused me to have to hire others to come in and correct the mistakes the best we could so that the finish work would not look wavy and crooked. Fifth, they installed metal plates to the beams (something neither Jeff nor I wanted to do, I didn't like the look and he didn't like the expense, but the lead guy said they had to be put up) and the paint job was done so poorly that I am having to sand them down and repaint them. I told Jeff about this as well but never heard back from him. Sixth, during the first day they were at my house they borrowed one of my rakes. They either accidentally took it with them or put it somewhere that I haven?t discovered yet. I have asked Jeff 4 times about the rake and have gotten neither response nor concern. 
I went out of my way to always be patient and kind through these hiccups. Even when one of the workers stepped through the roof, I offered to repaint the patchwork myself (which I did), seeing how busy Jeff seemed.  My disappointment has mainly been that he didn?t even express enough concern to come and check anything out, became defensive as I brought issues to his attention, and was difficult to get on the phone. I was patient with them every step of the way, never angry, all I did was bring my concerns to Jeff?s attention and all I received was a defensive, demeaning response from him. At one point I was told by the lead guy ?okay, you better not come back out here and change your mind on this? when referring to the angle of a beam placement. 
I thinkJeff is so busy he just didn?t have time for a little ?ol job like mine. I don?t think he intentionally did anything to me personally, I just think the pace of his business caused these balls to get dropped. At the end of the day I felt I inconvenienced them by hiring them to do a job and the quality of work was not what I was hoping for. Again, I think highly of Jeff and I believe he's a great guy, I just wouldn't hire them again to do any work to my house.

Actually the latest project won't start for a few days, but it's only the latest in a long series that has included a studs-out townhouse remodel for mother-in-law, to lots of medium size projects, and everything in between.
All I can tell you is we've had a great relationship for probably 5 or six years and we NEVER use anyone else. That doesn't mean we never ask anyone else for bids, it means we never use anyone else.
That probably says it all.
These are good folks we trust implicitly and have never been disappointed.
Honest, professional, punctual, pride in their work quality, from a whole house remodel to whatever you need.
You will almost certainly have to wait, people like these are in high demand. It will be worth it.

Jeff Parrent and his team at LTC Pro Builders arrived on time and did a very quick job of gutting the kitchen followed by custom cabinets installed the first day. They were very professional and every phase of the remodel progressed according to schedule from the carpenters to the plumbers to the electrician and painters. My new kitchen exceeded all of my expectations, it is just beautiful, I couldn't be happier, and also they even finished ahead of schedule! I will be using LTC Pro Builders in the future!

My husband and I were LTC Professional Builders' first clients back in December 2003.  Since that time Jeff Parrent and his wonderful crews have added a game room to our house, gutted and remodeled our kitchen, moved our family room fireplace and replaced it with an Austin Stone one, installed oversized french doors to replace the moved fireplace, totally remodeled our bathrooms, painted our entire house, built an outdoor storage shed, and many smaller projects.  We joke that we own a David Weekly/LTC Pro Builders house.  The last job was typical for the company - highest quality of work, done on time, on budget, by the nicest tradesmen you'll ever work with.  Jeff always ensures that no matter what you are completely satisfied with the outcome of the project.  Although we're running out of projects for Jeff and his company, we have recommended him many times to our friends who have all been as pleased with the finished products of their projects as we've been.  We recommend LTC and Jeff without any reservations.
